Excellent location and very convenient. Used them to collect my parcel from DPD. There was a small queue of people waiting, however it was managed very well by the team. Staff are also very friendly and polite. Will use this post office from now on as they are open 7 days a week.

I always thought this place is a bit dodgy as in the middle of BL and so small.. Now I appreciate how close it is to my place and I stopped going to Liv Street and Whitechapel post offices. The young guy with glasses who works there is super sweet and polite. It is a pleasure to be served by him, he is always friendly and smiling. He should get a rise for dealing so well with the customers - it is rare nowadays. This is also my one and only go-to place in the area to bring guests coming to London to buy souvenirs as they are honest with the prices. I have been living in the area for quite a while and here are a lot of tourist traps. This place is your best choice.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and patient with me, even though I had to ship over 200 packages at once (considering they only have one counter, I would have totally understood if they couldn't have done it, but they were extremely polite and accommodating at all times). They did not rush me (whilst also managing their other customers perfectly) and were very helpful with suggesting the best way to go about doing it. I will always use this post office going forward, and I will recommend it to everyone I know in the area!

I've been using this post office regularly to post things for my business and I have never had a problem. They are very professional and helpful. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait because there is only one counter but they work as quickly as they can.

The queue is long and slow moving. Once you’re in the service is good, which makes the time spent in the queue confusing. However, on my visit on 11 January there were 6 non-customers in there: the man behind the counter, two men doing carpentry in the corner, and three others. None were wearing a mask properly, and three had no mask on at all. I can’t believe they are all exempt. Not impressive.

Always warm, friendly and polite. The guys here always make sure that you are always looked after even during the stressful times of COVID, they made it safe for us to socially distance inside out of the pouring rain and opened 6 days a week to ensure the local community and local businesses like mine could still function and dispatch online orders :).
