J. Z.Ok so from what I read I guess they should adjust the google opening times or adhere to them, but other than that people need to chill with 1 stars. I've never seen them closed, including during these lock down times, but I do live nearby.
Staff have always been super helpful to me. Was worried about not being able to print a return label as I have no access to a printer or scanner in these times, and they had a computer set up to use for printing and copying free of charge. They are also never stingy with letting you use pencils, tape etc. and they are very patient and chill. Also never had to queue which can certainly not be said for any other post office I've been to in London.
S. B.I have been going there a lot to post items for work. They have been very helpful with all sorts of queries. They saw that I had a lot of parcels and suggested I use 'drop and go' so I don't have to queue. It's also packed full of stationary and packing resources. The staff are very polite and friendly.
