I don't know how to thank Zain for what he did for me today, recently purchased a vehicle without the V5c and Tax just ran out last month... had no way of getting my Tax done, as previous owner was a car trader. Went to my local post office (Green St) Zain colleague was not sure if I can get Tax on my vehicle without a V5c, as he never done it before, just when Zain heard the issue, he came into action straight away and with in seconds he got it all sorted..... Thanks a million Zain from the bottom of my heart, now I know for sure were to go next time.... May the almighty reward you with your good deeds and in your business. Y

This is the only office to be open on a Sunday around this area witch myself and I'm sure many other people are very grateful for. However they only have one slow counter staff working (skinny guy) I get that its Sunday but there's always a line building up. Another guy who I believe to be the manager (short Asian with glasses) came inside and took control and the line vanished almost immediately. I want him to be working from now on.

Really disappointing experience. I’m a regular customer at this post office for the past 6 months I’m always served by zaki who I’ve never had any issues with. I came in last week while I believe he was off sick to utter disappointment I’ve never been more disrespected in my life by a small girl and a guy called Fasil I believe the management need to teach their staff some basic manners. The only reason this is a 5 star review is completely down to the customer care and attention given by Zaki no other staff members seem to care

Started a small business and went to the Green Street post office to drop off my first delivery. The guy there, Zain, was super friendly and even went as far as giving me a few tips on how to package up my parcels for which I am grateful for! When I go in now, he always says hello even if he's not serving me. Great guy!

He provided insightful and detailed responses that allowed me to make the correct decision on the appropriate services required for my needs. Zain comes across as an individual who is always welcoming, helpful and an expert in the information he provides. I would like to talk about my experience here... Zain Shaikh took full responsibility in welcoming me and made me feel very valued as a customer. He spoke to me with full respect even though I was clueless on some of the services the post office provided. I was having issues understanding certain parts of the form and Zain kindly translated for me in Hindi going the extra mile in providing the best customer service. He also had very good opinions as I had to buy a birthday card for a family member and he helped me pick out the best one in his view. The family member is really happy with the card and this is all thanks to one of the best staff, if not the best staff there Mr Zain Shaikh. I wish him well and hope for more good things for him to come as he is a very good well-mannered individual. If you are new to this post office, make sure you ask for Zain. You will not regret it if you want a fast quick seamless service.

I’ve never thought of leaving a google review for a post office but after my visit today I believe the recognition had to be showed. Upon arrival the everything in the store is neat and tidy but what astonished me was that while waiting in queue for the post office a member of staff had approached me assisted me with my query and had been fast tracked. After entering, I was greeted by a staff member named Zain who made me feel welcome and assisted me with all the queries I had. As a first time customer at this Post Office, I really appreciated the level of customer service Zain provided as it was first-class and tailored to the queries I had. Everything was great except one staff (a young lad) who keep talking with the customer, holding the line behind him. The other young lady on duty also didnt care much either and serving customer with a careless and annoyed gesture, as if customers owe her something. I know it was a hot day and all, but that does not mean staff can show how unhappy they are with the weather to customers. I am quite often coming to this post office and this is not the first time the young staffs doing like this. Some older staffs are amazing in service. I guess all the younger ones still need in depth training about customer service. They should treat their job with more respect, it is a Post Office, not any random shady corner shops.

This is such a contrast to my previous experience from our old post office on St. Stephen's Parade which luckily now has been closed. Keep up the good work Green Street post office. :-)

I visited this Post Office on the 23rd February. I waited outside as there are posters clearly stated a max of 6 people are allowed in. I've been called in, hand sanitiser station is available at the front and in a matter of a short space I've been served. The guy who assisted me was Zain. He greeted me and served me quite speedily and efficiently once I told him what I needed to send. I'm glad to have a new local Post office that works well and follows guideline to keep their customer safe.

This post office has recently opened up and is in one of the best locations. The branch itself is miles better than the disgusting and old post office further down the road. It is modern, the layout is fantastic, it is clean and the staff are quick and friendly. I hope this Post Office stays this way! I've used this Post Office today. The place is brand new and fresh, everything look neat and in order so I hope it will stay this way and doesn't became a shabby one. Along with all regular Post Office services , it offers a variety of other handy options such as a Photobooth for documents pics, stationary with a large selection of greeting cards, a printer service (during lockdown has been difficult to find one) and a utilities top up point. However today I used the Post Office counter. There was a long queue because I went at 2pm (peak time) but it was moving quickly because the girls serving were pretty fast. I've been served by Kam. She welcomed me politely and in a fast and efficient way helped me to post a bag of mixed parcels and letters. As I use Post Offices quite often, I hope this standard of customer service and efficiency will be maintained as high to make it my regular branch. Well done everyone and keep up the good work. Was in yesterday was having to send a letter off went to the till send it off but there was woman at the till who refused to even touch my letter at all and told me go away and not come back and use a letter box.
