T.Surprisingly good. Better than last time I went. It has improved! Busy though! Could do with the self-checkouts working. None were on!
M. M.Wonderful local Islington post office. This is a new branch with full range of services including postal returns, business services and travel money. Products are also available for sale including stationery, greetings cards and of course stamps.
Really friendly service, super helpful and not the long dreaded queues often seen at post offices.

I walked in with some very vague requests (I was not sure what the Consulate of my country had requested me)
Toni (Or Tony?) was very knowledgeable and he helped to understand what I needed and to choose the right options.

J. C.Staff are blooming lovely. I've been in on 3 separate occasions now and they all go above and beyond!! If there's a queue, they spend time proactively trying to direct people to the right place. When someone is struggling to use a machine, they're observant and come right over to help. Their customer service is really excellent. We all know post offices can be busy, stressful places... but they are honestly all so pleasant and attentive!! Lovely, smiley people!

C. W.I regularly post things from this Islington Post Office and I have to say they have the friendliest and most helpful staff, both at the counter and assisting at the self service machines. I have used a wide number of branches across London and I can’t say the same for all, I wish all stores of any kind were as nice. I appreciate their help and for making me feel welcomed every time I come in, even when I have a whole sack of items to send!
