V. G.High level of professional service. A complete range of post office accessories, as shown in the photos. Bancomat, Photo Slot, Printer, Digital Application Service, and ..... The most valuable in the post office of Coles Wood is people because they have a great smile, a creative approach to your customers and a pretty good credit card offer. I have been using this one for two months now, recommended to me from this office, and I was able to withdraw cash in Bulgaria without charging me, and also to make payments that were not burdened by additional billing. When I was there, in my work, the gentleman gave me a Brochure to the English Post, explained to me what the advantages of their credit cards were, and after I smiled happy with what I heard and thanked him, he answered with "Thanks" in Bulgarian, I am surprised, but this is normal for our region because there are many Bulgarians living there and probably not a few of them have used the Bulgarian word for thanks :). Keep in mind that the office where Post Office is located is open every day from 7:00 until 23:00. and you can use their common goodies.

N. W. A.I went to post office today 13/04/21 at 12:41 to send small parcel to Poland of weight 87g.
I have specifically asked for the standard international service (£5.80 at the post office), I was asked few questions about the parcel in friendly manner but ended up with the International Track and Sign £10.50 which is nearly double of the price. I find it disgraceful to deliberatly overprice services especially during pandemic. I was served by man around 40 with carly grey hair.
It seems to be a common practice in post offices but I was coming to Colliers Wood as I was treated fairly there - till today.
Since I am regular customer I prefer to buy a weight and order the online service where I pay for what I buy.
Two stars down for the overpricing and my today's disappointment.

M. M.I am running a small business from my home and i bring these guys 15-20 parcels a day to post for me. They never complain, always do it in good time with NO mistakes as all my parcels turned up.
The shop is excellent too, well stocked and clean and the staff are delightful.
See you at 8am for the next few weeks.

J. W.Great counter staff, rarely any queues. The Royal Mail collection on weekdays is 17:30 (usually 17:35), they close at 6pm but anything posted then will get sent the next day.
M. H.Conveniently located next to Colliers Wood tube and staff have always been very pleasant and helpful. I often send gifts and cards abroad so always appreciate when they direct me to the best cost options. Do suggest being mindful of their opening times as they vary but very happy to use them when open.
A. P.Good post office, has everything you need, friendly staff, great to have late closing 730pm Wednesday night and open til 2pm Saturday. Great that some parcels are left here for pickup for example purchases online from the Lonely planet are sent by Royal mail rather than other deliverers who take it all the way to the Royal mail delivery centre other side of Wimbledon if the doorbell is missed here at home.

I was posting three parcels to HK, the staff helped me to have it done the cheapest way possible, by combining the two small parcels into one, using Jumbo mail bag. (I dont have much experience posting parcel, ) This saved me about 15 quids , thanks guys.
