s. s.I send packages regularly and the staff at this post office are always so friendly, calm and efficient. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Even when there’s a long queue, it moves very quickly. Highly recommend!

S. A.Customer service is great! Most Post Offices I've been to staff seem really moody or can't be bothered to really deal with stuff. They just grunt or make it seem like they want to get rid of you.

C. K.Just been to Mile End post office. The gentleman was polite and friendly, great customer service. The experience was great.
But looking on the Royal Mail website I realise that I was over charged. I was sold a parcelforce delivery for a package that was medium size and 4.988 kg.
I was told it was large size and in fairness offered a discount, overall I still paid more than I wanted to, I just didn’t check the sizes before hand.
Please double check what the requirements are when in store or before you go, so you know what service you really need

The staff are really friendly and efficient. Honestly, if you’re avoiding it because of how it was, go back, you’ll be surprised. Great work from the new team.
