Reviews of Roman Road Post Office
R. M.I live across the road and visit often for the past 15 years. Always a positive experience with kind staff and on weekdays the staff serve everyone in the queue well after closing time. There are often queues at around lunch time and near closing time but at other times it is empty.
A. M.Old black lady (cashier 2, 22 december afternoon) has a terrible accent and blames customers in a rude way for not understanding her. Please RM, teach your employees politeness.
R. P.This has been my local post office for the past 7 years. The staff is kind and polite, which is a rarity nowadays! Queues can be long, but overall it's a good service. Thumbs up!
