V. C.Nathan parcel delivery chap could not have been more helpful. I was expecting another parcel from the same retailer. Nathan went above and beyond by seeing his work colleague Donovan around the corner, collecting my additional parcel and bringing it straight round for me. Saved me having to wait in. Thanks chaps, really appreciated your efforts this morning.
M. B. I. a.Royal mail generally need to improve their service unfortunately. For example, they should always have to give you a designated time zone for delivery, which is made obvious when ordering online. Like for special delivery they don't even give you a rough time so you just have to wait the whole day because it's a signed for delivery.
K. H.Always friendly, even gave me my parcel when I knocked on the door 5mins after closing, in the pouring rain. Still don't understand the no bicycles 'health and safety' rule though?
