G. R.I have been collecting parcels from here for years and the staff have always been extremely helpful and professional. With current restrictions only one person is allowed inside at a time. There are increased evening opening hours, but it is best to go during the day if possible to avoid a queue
n. m.It’s a small office with usually one person serving (2 when it’s very busy) so expect a q if you go at peak times. The main guy who’s been there for years behind the counter is really friendly and efficient.
R. J.The ppl there went above and beyond, very helpful. On 2 different occasion. Guys Remember KEMBLE house sw9 I called use say it was not 44 but a different address in the block. You fellas were brilliant. Thank you
J. W.Staff there are always helpful and also their manager Chris. They worked together to find an item for me that had an incomplete address and went the extra mile to deliver it to me successfully. They have had a lot of challenges with the amount of work through pandemic, access issues to the blocks and now the new LTNs which they are not exempt from. All these have an impact on them and creates a lot of challenges to deliver our items on a daily basis and they do it brilliantly. I see them working from morning to evening relentlessly.
B. U.I collected 3 packages but due to rushing as I was late for work from queuing at 7.04am for 20 minutes, I didnt notice until after work that 1 of the packages I was given was the wrong package. I phoned stockwell first thing this morning, and the gentleman went above and beyond to drive to me and exchange packages! So impressed, good customer service DOES still exist after all!
B. m.Been coming here for years , yes it can be frustrating but it’s serving a high population of people that’s getting larger as we speak , also they have had more work put on them by chiefs .
They are only human and do there best . I find them ok and let’s be honest if you turn up looking like you have been smacked with a wet salmon, your going to be met the same way . Give the guys a break and a big shout for “ Issac “ friendly and more ..... 👍😊.
Parking can be a risk so I’d not bother . If your really not asked get it tedliverwd and smile 😊
B. V.I love and hate this place.
One half of me is excited to pick up whatever it is I've ordered, whether I remember or not. The other half knows that 2/3 - 3/4 of the time I come here I'll be stood in line for half an hour despite only having 4 people in front of me (the reception is around 2mx1.5m so anymore than that and I'm out the door). There is one guy who works there and is incredibly efficient and works through well. If you don't have him, better hope you brought a book and a fold out chair.
P. S.COVID19 opening times are now 7am to 9 am 6 days a week !(That's TWO HOURS, Per day!) But I'm not too sure about Sunday,s??? You'll need to check! Keep safe and watch 'GEORGE WEBB ' on YouTube, he is doing some great investigative journalism into the speading of Covid19
And...it's not looking good!

H. M.Quick service pick up service. Limited parking so you may want to walk it or take public transport if what you are picking up is not heavy to carry.
