A. B.Been going to this post office now for 27 years. Yes there are queues, but this husband and wife team have worked their socks off. Sometimes he can be a bit grumpy but most of the time very pleasant and kind.... who doesn’t have bad days at work!? Nothing is too much trouble , and they also have to deal with very difficult and sometimes clueless customers. Keep up the good work and hope you get to retire soon as you both deserve it!

Ö. M.I've just read the reviews and yes while the guy working there may be grumpy, the woman is extremely friendly and helpful. The guy is simply business and a little abrupt but I've never had a problem with anything he processed. Yes, they definitely could improve their service and they have since 2005, when I first moved to Hackney. Only posting this due to the sheer negativity I've seen in the reviews, and use this Post Office regularly.

I’ve been going here for 4 years and found it very good, sometimes you have to queue so take a book or headphones but I’ve always found them to be efficient and polite, hard job to do and we’re lucky they’re doing it especially in this Convid era when they’re dealing with a huge increase in parcels and people.

If they weren't here the Post Office would not exist in this area. Just bear that in mind before writing an egregious review which are untrue and nothing but malicious.
