c. c.Have been using this place for years. I often have packages sent here as I'm likely to miss deliveries to my home. Staff are always super helpful and it never gets crazily busy like the place on Week Street.

S. K.Have been using this handy little Post Office at the bottom of Maidstone High Street for a couple of years now, even when the main PO was over the road from them in Bank St (before relocating to WHSmith) owing to rude, unhelpful & jobsworthy staff.
I always receive a friendly & helpful service here, especially from Michelle who checks & weighs parcels carefully to enure that customers aren't overcharged, esp. if a package is borderline 'large letter'/'small parcel' whereas some PO's I've noticed cannot be bothered & will charge the higher price & even go as far as handing the parcel back for the customer to put their own labels on rather than completing the transaction in full.
