P. S.This place is officially a Post Office. However a grocery shop and newsagents is added inside the premises .A convenient place to post your letters and maybe you may want to buy some bread and milk. In a nutshell a convenient place to buy small things. Nice to have a place like this under one roof. The staff are polite and courteous. Bravo

G. S.A very friendly family who always very helpful and polite and show me lots of respect and make feel like a part of their family. They always greet you with good manners and a smile. I recently went into this post office to pay various bills but thought I was short by £200. To my surprise Mrs Ali said to me that she would pay the bills and I could reimburse her when I have some time. However, I did have enough money to pay the bills. How can I blame this first class service. They provide a first class customer service. I highly appreciate their opening hours which is outside the normal post office hours. I really admire their service and hope they will always be their to provide the great service that they provide.Thank you Mr/Mrs Ali and family..Glen the driving instructor.

Service is always fast and friendly even when they are super busy.
The whole team really do go the extra mile for their customers.
The Post Office is well laid out, clean and all the aisles are wide enough for wheelchairs users.
It has a ramped entrance and has disabled parking bays right outside.
They also offer photocopying services.

Best Post Office in Manchester I can’t recommend them highly enough. Have been coming here for many years due their excellent services. Such a hard working team open 7 days a week from dawn to dusk.

D. 3.Just been reading a couple of recent poor reviews and one can only guess that the authors are some kind of competitors. It is a small shop which packs a load of stuff into its restricted space. The owners have been there for a fair old while now and can always be relied upon to give excellent service, pleasant chat and good humour. I can highly recommend them to anyone and their postal services go way beyond others in terms of opening hours and convenience. The attack by one reviewer suggesting that the owner is ill shaven and not smartly dressed is just personal, unpleasant and downright rude. Not sure what he expects from a local shopkeeper who opens his doors from dawn to dusk!!!
D. S.Great service, friendly and helpful staff who gave good advice. I thought I had to buy a full pack of 10 padded envelopes and the man at the counter pointed out that I only had to buy one if I didn't need the rest (saved me some money!)
Open til 8pm every day (even Sundays!). Even open New Year's day which is great. Would definitely use them again!

M.Outstanding service. We have been coming to this post office for years. Seen it grow slowly from a small post office to larger one. Baring in mind it is a private company and they have full knowledge of post office services as they have been doing this for years. We have over the years become loyal to the post office as they always offer great advise on post office services and support when needed. They do the best passport photo qualities. I have tried many for photos but this post office do them best. The background and face looks so dark with others. But this post office give the best quality. They do their best. The fact they are the only post office opened late at night and on sundays, this is added value. The range of products thry offer is fantastic. Its super clean and organised. Staff is short but as a local private business ( not paid wages by post office) they do not have the means to employ alot of staff. Be patient and wait your turn and understand that they are doing their best and as fast as they can. Patience and understanding is part off it. There are not many private companies around these days that have so much value and we need to support such businesses to succeed and grow. I went to the post office in stretford and had such a bad experience that i wish i could move egerton rd to stretford. I make a extra trip to cholton for the service i dont get here in stretford.
The review in regards to the appearance is nasty indeed. This is not true and would think its a competitor.
