It's a post office and news agent so you can buy random things you may need or want as well as coming to the post office. Like the lottery ticket you will win - after I win!
Most the staff are friendly, helpful, and will make sure you have what you need for the best price.
There is parking just outside, although at busy times the 2 - 3 places will be taken so you will have to park around the corner and walk here.
