N. B.Needed a parcel sending quickly and so did read reviews and this came out top for the area I was looking in. Staff were friendly and efficient. It was quiet when I went so didn't have to queue.
E.Amazing customer service. As I was already in other 2 post office branches which had reduced opening hours due to Civid 19, I turned up at Delapre Post Ofice just after closing time. Had important letter to sent, and the owner reopened the counter to help me out. Fantastic and completely unexpected great service. Thank you again. Hope there was no traffic, and you managed on time for your appointment.
L.I use this post office every single week day, and have been for the last two to three years. They are efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I have never seen them be rude to anyone, I can only conclude that the last customer was having a bad day and decided to take to google for revenge as she doesn't realise how lucky we are having this fab post office right on our doorstep, you can't please everyone!!. Keep smiling :0)
