My local Post Office at Mulbarton has recently closed and so I am now using Eaton P.O more. The service is always cheerful and friendly and very efficient. Such a change! Great, too, that the PO is open in the afternoons (Mulbarton PO closed at 1pm every day). Well done to you all! A big thumbs up for the delicious sausage rolls always placed so seductively near the till!

Totally superb experience time and time again! I use this post office more than any other. The staff all know exactly how to deal with your requirements, and are always friendly and helpful and NEVER rude. To those who have left poor feedback, shame on you for completely unjustified comments. Unreal expectations or just unhappy people with seeing other doing well is all I can imagine - very sad. To the staff, don’t take the comments personally as you know you are superb with all aspects of the post office. Well done to Victoria and all staff!

From my experience the Staff are brilliant. Also Eaton people should be grateful to have a Post Office at all. No one else offered to take on the work when the old one had to close down. Not to mention opening up during Lockdown.......

When they are open they are OK. However, 10 days before Christmas and they don't open till 10, close for lunch and finish @ 5:30! They blame Covid. Hermes store locally open 7-10 EVERY day. Am I being unreasonable?

It is the best Post Office in Norwich. The PO is in The Cellar House pub and is open 7 days a week and to later hours than regular POs. Mon-Thurs 10am - 8pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9.30am - 6pm and Sunday 9.30am - Noon. Don't worry if you miss the PO opening hours because it gives you an excuse to have a pint or a meal instead. Food is good, beer is excellent and vaping is allowed inside or out (if you're into that), just don't blow clouds of vapour where people are eating. Excellent. To those people who think they can borrow stuff, or in the case of using sellotape for free, then how do you expect them to keep in business if they give stuff away? Maybe I should come to you and borrow your stuff permanently if you're that flush.
