D. P.Most of the time it's alright. However beware of the blonde lady. Not allowing me to send a parcel because it exceeds the declared weight by 2 grams, telling me "I've told all of you so many times that this is not allowed", is a bit overexcessive, don't you think? Don't treat a person like a thief, generalising by using plural. It's unprofessional.
