C. P.It's my local Post Office and the service is always good and friendly. It's a good thing for the community, having a gift shop as well as help with other services.
J.I have the best reception from Mark today, on New year's eve, of my 29 years in Nottingham. He was so courteous, friendly and polite. He checked and corrected the address in my parcel. Earlier I went to Sherwood branch. The lady there was abrupt saying they closed early 230pm on New year's eve. She was impatient telling where the Arnold PO. All I need is to send my parcel seeing someone with a smile which makes the world a better place
H. A.I'm so sorry for bringing prepaid postage, as a small business it's best for me to buy postage online for 5+ items at a time, then bring them in.
As I was informed by the tall lady with dark hair, they don't personally get paid to stamp prepaid, so I'm wasting her time because she doesn't get paid for it. It's a personal attack on her.
I'm so sorry for running a small business that has to post items.
Next time I'll plan to individually pay for each item at the checkout (which cost more to small businesses), and wastes time in an already slow post office.
Every other staff member, fantastic, great work, thank you very much for looking after small business over the past year.
