S. G.I use this Post Office regularly and can honestly say that each time I have been in,all the staff are friendly and helpful,and are always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.
Recently I was dropping off a parcel that was going to Canada,I wasn't quite sure what to do with all the paperwork I had printed off on-line but the guy behind the counter was so kind,sorted things out for me,explained clearly so hopefully I will know what goes where next time.
I dropped the parcel off just before lunch last Tuesday and my son received the package in Toronto early afternoon on the Friday,3 day delivery to Canada was amazing!!!!
Can't fault my local Post Office,we all need to keep supporting them so that they don't disappear like many others have done.

I had a large parcel which was going to cost me £95 to send to Korea and the staff helped me repack the parcel and send it in two separate packages reducing the cost (including new boxes and tape) to just over £50. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend them! Best Post Office ever!

W.I regularly visit this Post office and the staff are always a pleasure to deal with especially Kit and Mica, i take advantage of the Drop and go service which they provide which also is very beneficial for me as i can drop my parcels off in the morning without having to wait for them to be processed and then pick up my receipts later on in the afternoon once i've finished work which means my posting experience is very efficient. I've never had to wait too long at this post office and they are always knowledgeable about services they can provide to you and happy to help.. WITH A SMILE.. Which i never got at my last post office!

G.No idea why people say Staff are rude, I ring up and enquire about sending gifts to Austria all the time, they go out of their way to help me with my package, help me set it all up and get it ready to be sent. Staff have always been nice to me. Only downside is if you come on the wrong day you could be waiting a while to get served, apart from that I think they do a good job with the amount of staff they have.
