R. M.Best family run Post Office in England for me. The Postmaster and his staff always serves you with a smile on their faces despite what else is happening with them. Fabulous all round customer service. We are really lucky to have them.
M. C.It doesn't matter how long the queue is, your always guaranteed a very friendly helpful service when you reach the counter. So many people don't like queuing and get wound up, it's an ideal time to unwind. Proper village post office with more than ever to cater for. They do their best.
z.Staff always courteous, smiling and helpful, regardless of how busy. Knowledgeable about the various rates and never patronising. I have not had a single issue in years of posting many weekly parcels to the 4 corners of the globe. Shop well stocked with every postal item and stationery needed and some. Is a pleasure, even when queues are out the door.
