M.I tried to avoid this post office after reading the reviews but in the end I tried it because it's most convenient. I have now used it numerous times and have been so well treated by the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff that I felt I had to record my experience. I will be using this post office regularly in the future. Excellent service from all concerned.
T. p.I found Longton post office quite good. It's slightly confusing by passing one member of staff as you enter to wait in a line further in, then to be called back in turn. This I can see can be quite frustrating and confusing to people. Otherwise I find the staff quite helpful.
