N. N.After having so many bad trips to Ombersley Road Post Office I decided to travel further up to Fernhill Heath Post Office. Despite precautions in place because of the virus staff were lovely, welcoming, friendly, positive and upbeat. The system they have in place because of the virus is also clear and effective and every customer is still being treated with great service and respect. Ombersley Road could really learn a thing or two about customer service and attitude from this post office. Well done Fernhill and keep up the amazing job you are doing, stay safe and we will see you on the other side.
