K. M.This Post Office is always busy and the queue never seems to end but still the team members are helpful, courteous, patient and extremely knowledgeable. A couple of times I have experienced other customers being impatient and quite rude to a team member. There are not many Post Offices open now so we should all value the Post Offices we have. Well done West Worthing Post Office.
A. M.I went to do my passport here and i believe the service provided by the gentle man is wonderful. I have even gone through other negative comment mentioned down here which I believe is incorrect, coz the only fee I know is check and send fee which is common in every other post offices on top of the government advised fee. Also you need to pay for your photos separately, I would really recommend this post office for their wonderful services!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
p.Went to renew my driving licence here after leaving it to the last minute, then finding out the South St branch couldn't do it for me. The gentleman could not have been more lovely and helpful, even filling out my form as I didn't have my reading glasses on me. Everything that customer service should be.
And for anyone complaining about prices or procedures, none of these are set by the person behind the counter. Be nice in how you talk to them.
I.I always use this post office, normally at least a few times a week. Always receive a really friendly efficient service, i do my stationary shopping very reasonable price always being greeted with a smile and a genuine interest in how me and my family are. Thank you for making this service a welcoming service to use! Would not go anywhere else!

AVOID THE POST OFFICE BY WEST WORTHING TRAIN STATION. I will always prefer to use George V Avenue post office or even Pond Lane post office before I ever set foot in the Post office by West Worthing Station. Bloke behind the counter incredibly rude. Has overcharged friends of mine as well, by looks of the reviews here people are getting these post office branches confused!!

While waiting, I watched a steady stream of customers ,all being speedily served, and going away looking happy! We concluded our visit by making some useful purchases.
