I've been in a few times and have found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. I had a problem with a delivery which was returned to them over Christmas and they went above and beyond to ensure that I got the parcel and it wasn't returned to sender. I'd happily recommend to anyone.

Very few places these days offer the consistent level of service like my local PO. Whether I’m after a single stamp or complicated overseas consignments the knowledgeable staff always spend time ensuring they understand what I want and that I get the best deal. Travel insurance is a breeze, completed in minutes and the service telling me when currency is at a good rate ensures my £s go so much further. Cards are impossible to buy singularly as they’re such good quality and with the differing sections super easy to find the right tone for the occasion you’re after. Can easily overspend my 15 min parking time though, giggling away at the delightful & ever-changing array on offer. Banking is efficient and I can’t remember the last time I went into my own bank as everything I need is dealt with here. And there’s always a smile and greeting too, without request and at no extra cost. That in itself is worth the 5* rating my PO thoroughly deserves. Keep on doing what you’re doing and thank you.
