L. S.My package was guaranteed to arrive today. At nearly 5:00 P.M.I checked with the post master, he very carefully checked every package there. I left down hearted, as it was not there. The kind Post Master offered to call the hotel I was staying in if it was delivered prior to his going home. He did call shortly after I returned to the hotel. He was so very kind and thoughtful. I was very relieved and happy.
R. L.Came here to return a parcel since the old branch at Lendal closed down. Expected a particularly slow service but was surprised at how quick my parcel was handled. Could do with a little bit of reorganizing in terms of selecting the packaging on the shelves but can't complain much. Staff were nice and helpful too.
