S. S.What a fantastic pub! Popped in for drinks and food with some colleagues and had a great time. The food was brilliant and great value for money. The service was great and Michelle was so friendly and looked after us all night. Will definitely be back soon.

E. C.The best pub in Aberdeen hands down. It’s got a cool gothic style and is inside an old stone church. There is always great energy inside, all the employees are super friendly and funny, there are great events every week (shout out to Wednesday quiz nights!!) and it has always been a good place for friends to go and have a good time. Would highly recommend!

E. C.Went to Slains with my wife on our Christmas night out in town. Have always loved the styling of this place. It was very busy but we did manage to get a table after just a few minutes. My wife was feeling a bit merry after a large glass of Rose wine, only her 2nd drink of the night. Didn't find out what brand it was unfortunately otherwise she'd be looking for it at the supermarket! This has been a regular stop for us over the years and will certainly continue to be so. Love it. 😄
C. S.I loved every bite of food on my (well portioned!) plate, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The only downside was the fact that almost every single favorably located table had a reserved sign on it, yet absolutely none of them ended up being used while we were there. So we were seated right in the cross section of the women's washroom door, patio exit and main entrance - even our server made a joke about how bad it was. I suppose we'll keep it in mind to make a reservation next time!

S.It is now my favourite place to go, they do wonderful cocktails and have brilliant service. I love the medieval feelings from the inside, can't be faulted.
