Reviews of Leisure Bowl
L. H.£30 for 6 people for 1 hour, good fun, more than enough time to complete a full game. Shoes are self service, main complaint is lack of ball size weight selection. Not enough of the lighter balls with larger finger holes.
A. J.The lanes and seating areas are clean. The shoes are self service so really quick and easy. Also the shoes were all actually clean, which a lot of other bowling places let themselves down on. The selection of bowling balls was a let down for me, the lane had a few to choose from but none of them was comfortable for me. Often places will have a section with spare balls to go and collect and take back to your lane, sadly I didn't find one here.
The soft play area for little kids was great for our child. Easy to access and the adults can supervise from afar as there were no obstacles in the way. The pool tables are decent, we managed to fit a few games in and enjoyed ourselves. The cues looked pretty good condition. A pleasant afternoon spent at Leisure Bowl!
K. L.Really great fun! Great location next to the swimming pool, has a bar, pool tables and some arcade games! Family friendly and a good activity to do!
B. F.Good fun. Maybe I've grown since my last bowling session but the lanes seemed a bit narrow for an adult to get lined up. We didn't play particularly fast but ran out of time so didn't manage to finish our game before the timer ran out.
E. S.Bar staff were lovely as they let my son make Slush's! We played some pool and bowling which was very enjoyable. The games arcade was very entertaining as well.
D. M.As well as bowling there's a arcade area and bar. Soft play space with kids tv during day which becomes kids disco some evenings or dance area on other evenings/ later
