Reviews of Sports Café

Stopped here for lunch, when we arrived we were seated quickly. Our 3yr old loved the sports on the big screens. Ordering via app which was dead easy to use.
Burgers were delicious and came with a mountain of chips.
Service quick and friendly! Couldn't fault.
Probably the best meal we had at CP for the money. Burger was £12!
Highly recommend, there is also pool tables, small arcades and small soft play.
Staff were working tirelessly as it was busy when we went.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the chicken wings and (gluten free) cod goujons - you can order on a QR code and it came very quickly. Queues can quickly gather at the bar so this is a preferable option. Maybe a little expensive but it is Center Parcs…

Another one of the food options in Center Parcs. A lot of options for kids and adults, 3 big screens and lots of tvs showing sports all over the place, as the name suggests. Food is decent, service is friendly. When it's crazy busy it's hard to order (long line) and the food wait time can be an hour, which is a bummer as they should be able to serve all their tables.

First day arrived ,we all arrived very hungry, pleasantly surprised by the quality of food, which was excellent and large portions, service for us via the ap was very fast , no complaints staff very helpful and friendly, my only gripe was some of the food was not very hot, the lager ordered was excellent, very highly priced meal, but I've come to expect this at Centre Parcs, if you come here because you like the activities , and surroundings , then traditionally you will pay high prices for the restaurant food

Full English breakfast was filling. Three snacks for £15 is a good deal. We got ribs, nacho bites & calamari (they didn't have chicken wings). Service is good and they have several large screens to watch sport on. There is an arcade inside and bathroom was clean. Indoor & outdoor seating. Good selection of food and drink. Reasonable prices & cost effective meal deals.

Tasty food and good play area for children. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nice beers on tap. Big screens to watch sports. The arcade in the corner is really good, air hockey table was a lot of fun. The other arcade machines are fairly new too. The chips at the bar we nice fluffy and tasty. This place is great for a pit stop in the afternoon whilst at Woburn Center Parcs

We stopped by the café for a quick bite on changeover day whilst waiting for our lodge to be ready. The staff were helpful and efficient in finding us a table and explaining the app/website ordering. The drinks came out quickly and the food shortly after. Pricing is as you'd expect for the location, the quality good and the quantity enough. The negatives were probably related to the app ordering - napkins weren't provided with the food, staff weren't around to be flagged down so trying to order some tap water or ask for napkins was hard, and there was no follow-up to check the order was correct.
S. C.
Standard breakfast - over priced (to be expected) and cooked in bulk. Quick service and the food done the job.

Had a great dinner here last night. We have 2 small children who both enjoyed the soft play. The food was great too. There was a good atmosphere and the family area (with the soft play was at one side so allowed people with out kids to have a lot of the restaurant.

A lovely place for a stroll, great walks and lots of facilities for families

Popped in here after trying cafe rouge, hucks and dining in to no avail.
Based on previous reviews I wasn't expecting a lot. Admittedly the staff are not really very attentive but the food (fish & chips) was delicious! I could not fault it. Onion rings also nice and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised.
We didn't wait that long either.
Prices were reasonable.

Food basic but nice open space for the kids

It’s like a Weatherspoons really, maybe the food is a bit better. My sandwich wasn’t too bad but my husband’s steak was really bad. They cater for gluten free customers. The children liked their cheesy toasts with crisps. The chips were actually ok. There is a soft play which is great for the children
as well as a small play park outside. The wait for drinks at the bar can be unnecessarily long with some staff being unorganised. Facilities seemed clean. Busy atmosphere but it’s a sports bar. Not the cheapest drinks.

Good service here and the food is ok. Good cocktails and selection of beer but not open late enough. Fair to say nothing is open late in centreparcs.

The Sports Cafe is a nice place for a quick meal before going to one of your activities. At peak times, it can be very crowded and noisy, especially with the big screen TV showing football matches, meaning main meals can take a while (sides are quicker). The food can be quite expensive, however the portion sizes on sides like the garlic bread, chips and onion rings are generous.

Enjoyed the food here. Delicious and reasonably priced. They even do Rekordalig on draught!!!
Waiting service was a bit slow, taking a bit too long to approach your table for orders and finally the bill.
However once ordered, food was prompt and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
It's only failing was that it is oversubscribed and understaffed.

The food was presented well and arrives for all at the same time if ordered together. The service is good. The waitresses are attentive and always with a nice smile on their faces.
All in all it was good but the price was a bit high.

The sports cafe at Center Parcs Woburn is a great place to meet up with your group. For those sports fans there is a big screen which this weekend showed the Ryder Cup. The staff who served us were very friendly and helpful. In fact apart from one person all the staff we encountered were excellent. Great menu the classic burger was good. For the little ones there's a soft play area and a small arcade. Great place
S.
Amazing staff, can have a great chat, down to earth and genuine. Food was great, if you are visiting you must try the loaded fries!👍
L. P.
Food good. Soft play. Quick service
A. G.
Compared to the other food outlets at Center Parc Woburn this particular bar/resturant has a bit of catching up to do, you can see this from the reviews. The staff are to inexperienced and therefore a bit of leadership would benefit them. The food is not great compared to the other restaurants, we found some of the seating areas could be cleaner, mainly around soft play where there is a focus of foot traffic. It’s a little bit like a lost ship at sea and to top if off it’s really over priced. However, it has potential and I’m sure they will turn it around if they wnat to.

Went here for lunch and dinner during my stay at Center Parcs and would highly recommend. So impressed with the food, and service was great, and fast. The cafe has a large cinema screen showing sports, and a games room. Also an area with pool tables that cost a pound to play, and American pool as part of the center Parcs activities.

Exactly what you can expect from an isolated, 'premium' bar/restaurant. Over priced for what you get, but you're not going to get it anywhere else just like at the airport. Staff were friendly, there was plenty of room for families and stuff for kids to do.
S. T.
Good food but expensive, also very noisy, plenty for kids to do. Food does seem to take an awfully long time to arrive although this is probably just down to pure volume.
N. S.
Had great family times playing pool but the drinks are a tad expensive and the bar staff are SO SLOW. minimum wage, minimum effort. Good place to watch cricket and football.
L. R.
Bustling, lively. Good food.
M. A.
Great for allergy sufferers as the menu has specific section for dairy free and celiac which was great and there was good service. Gets busy at peak times like everywhere there tho
C. V.
Nice fish and chips, the sweet potato fries really are worth the try the staff were nice, unfortunately the peas were plain as f... no flavor whatsoever, just boiled frozen peas cooked in unsalted water which is a shame cos the rest of the meal was good
N. B.
Great place for drinks and sport
k. w.
Food and service was excellent
A. N.
The menu has been changed since last time I have been here! The loaded chips were included in the offer 5 for 25 at lunch time!
P. W.
Only had a hot drink so can't really comment apart from expensive like most things at Center Parcel ! Captive market and you have no choice.
G. K.
Nice place , for a rainy day the sport bar is right next to the children's activities .The food was ok , but expensive , stuff was very kind and although is was really busy we didn't have to wait long to get our food.
D. M.
Staff very good, had a breakfast sandwich(bacon). Bread wasnt quite as fresh as could be.
T. T.
Always a nice atmosphere, and great pub grub, soft play for kiddies to blow off steam.
E. A.
Nice place to hang out, watch sports or play some indoor games, good food, and indoor play area for children. Good for the whole family to hangout.
h. f.
The staff at this place are pretty good. The food is OK, however I didn't like the food and the prices were pretty high.
q.
Good atmosphere, prompt service and good food, prices seemed more reasonable compared with other options on site
