1st time here, darts presentation night. All amenities available for a club. TVs in each room, beer choices were good, bar snacks , short on parking space.

Went for a dance event and 5* for value for money. I thought £3 for a pint was cheap and then my next one was under £3! Very fast service by the bar staff, probably the most attentive I've ever experienced, three serving all evening. Great dance floor and plenty of table seating on and off the dance floor. Seating outside as well with views over a cricket pitch. Bar in the front for locals although lacks a country pub feel. Reasonably sized free car parking.

I'm part of a visiting Skittles team that turn up here two or three times a year for matches against the resident teams. It's a great venue with large function room, separate bar and a couple of smaller rooms. They regularly host various entertainment events as well as the large screen showing of sporting events. Currently has a good management team and bar personnel. Very reasonably priced drinks and well worth the membership cost. I'll go back, hopefully my skill level with skittles get better...... Feb 2022. Still over playing Skittles. Same good management have kept the place going over the past difficult years.

Rated as a social club it's about as good as it gets. Usually 3 cask ales from the Marston stable including the Bedford-brewed Eagle Bitter. The facilities are great for pub games and expecially the venue side for RocknRoll and Soul music clubs. All this and walking distance for me 🙂
