s. c.This was my local 40+ years ago, dropped by as I was in the area. Shame the pub games have gone, but still has the friendly local vibe. Done a good job with the beer garden, don't remember there being one. Some good beers on tap.
S. B.Lovely local pub with a true family run vibe and a friendly bunch of regulars. The range of drinks available if appropriate for the size of the place but the prices are happily good. Decor is really traditional with everywhere clean and for a relaxing drink in the area it’s hard to beat or recommend anywhere else.

B. H.This is a great traditional English town pub. No fancy food or frills just good beer and a great friendly atmosphere. Staid so long they had to throw me out last time I was there.

E. M.My favourite pub in Bedford. The beer is always kept well and there is usually a couple of guest beers every week. There is a small patio area out the back which is nice in summer.
