K.I may be slightly biased, as I frequently play live music here at The Fox as a soloist and fronting my functions band, but even as a punter I've always emphatically enjoyed the atmosphere and their wide and frequently-varying selections of beer, ale and cider. Alison Thompson runs a tight ship with exceptionally high levels of customer service, but isn't afraid to let her hair down and have a dance about with the punters to any of the live music on offer - frequently held both indoors and outdoors. I've yet to sample the food, but boy does it look brilliant. Date night beckons, for sure..

A. C.Lovely old pub in a quiet village setting. Lots of character. Food was good and we didn’t have long to wait. Cheerful, pleasant staff.
D. R.Great service, scrumptious food and dogs welcome. We even had a table reserved for us so Samson had room to lay down in the alcove. The homemade chips are wonderful and crispy, the garlic bread is the best we've ever tasted and the lemon cheesecake is utterly delicious.
Can't wait to go back.
