V.I used to use this pub on a regular basis, probably 5 out of 7 nights a week until tHey changed landlords, ive never known a pub go down hill so quickly, tv channels disappeared, no food on pool nights, the beer went rubbish (dirty lines) and as for the staff, rude rude rude, (especially the landlord. the discos were good but not regular enough.
UNTIL
a couple of weeks ago when they changed landlords, total change again, the new staff now actually like to see you come in, i feel like im welcomed into the pub and not a burden. the lager is going down a treat and the tv is back on the channels the customers want to watch, happy days are here again. back to 5 out of 5 stars and back to 5 out of 7 nights going in for a pint. LOVE IT.
