Lovely welcoming pub. I go here for a sewing and craft evening.

Lovely pub with friendly locals and a parrot called Kermit. No jukebox, fruit machines or tv's in the bar (good job otherwise there'd be no room for drinkers) Real ale is very good. I definitely recommend this pub.

Enjoyed a couple of pints outside watching the world go by. Lovely old fashioned English pub. Quite small but adds to the character. Good beer and friendly staff.

A good pub. I visited it today with my wife and daughter. Good selection of real ales with a friendly landlord and staff. A complimentary cheese board was offered today and I made good use of it!
As Arnie said, " I'll be back "

I first started using the Queen's Legs back in the '60s and became a regular after I bought a cottage a few doors away in 1973. After it was rebuilt and gentrified, it became my second home where I could relax with a good pint or four. Long after the sale of my cottage, it was still a good place to take my family for a good night out.
This is still a proper boozer with good beer and great company and I use it if I ever enjoy a night in Ampthill, which is not very often. Some of the regulars are people from when I first used it - a great recommendation.

Lovely pub kept in the old fashioned way. Beautiful views of the village with it's thatched roofs from the outside terrace. No decent ale.
