T. T. C.Good music. Couldn’t quite comment on the price of drink though. Friendly staff. A bit quick to lift glasses of drink off an unoccupied table - whilst people are dancing. Can be difficult to get served at the bar and limited seating. Toilets surprisingly clean for such a busy place on a Saturday night

h.I had a great time there and loved the music and the live band on a particularly busy Saturday. Nice seating area at the back and dance section near the entrance . Thoroughly enjoyed it.

L.My newest fave, absolutely love the decor, music fab, made me feeling like getting up for a boogie, it's not table service tho, so you have to go to the bar. You can get food there, small plates £5/6. Nice atmosphere. Busy at weekend nights.

D. M.My car had broken down on my way home towards Dublin, my phone had died, I’d no idea of my way around Belfast city - disaster! The lovely staff of 39 Gordon Street made sure I had a warm safe place to sit while I charged my phone. They gave me a free drink and at no point did I feel rushed or unwelcome. Acts of kindness like this go a long way! Thank you!

C. H.We went here after the pubs in the quarter were closing up. Straight away we were dancing the night away and singing to our hearts content like everyone else there. Local duo Jav and Dave were playing when we arrived and they had the crowd rocking. Great atmosphere and great entertainers.
M. M. M.I'm not a live music person and it really holds this place back. The outside area is nice for sitting in the sun and chatting and the music is just the right level to chat and not have to shout over eachother. Prices are average however got a splash of cordial in my cider and was told it would be £1 extra which is outrageous, never had to pay before. Staff are friendly and service is usually quite quick. Not sure what kindve vibe the place has but it is enjoyable and chances are I'd return.
A. W.Had a brilliant night at the Gavin and Stacey quiz! Really nice bar and the quiz was very well organised. Bar was clean and had good service, although it was a stormy Tuesday night so even with the quiz it wasn't very busy. The wine was horrible but the barman did warn me they didn't have a good selection so that's my own fault lol! Will be back again for the Friends quiz and try the other red 😂.
