T. T. C.Love this bar!!! Absolutely epic afternoon and evening over Easter. Well managed and no problem getting a drink. Beautiful decor on the walls and great seating. Band was good too. Honestly can’t think of a bad thing about the place - Belfast at it’s best!!
J. J.I love the fact that it had a loud section and a more quiet section so people had choice instead of being in a loud bar the whole time. The interior decor is absolutely lovely, definitely gives you the vintage vibes!
B.Everything about this place was great, the atmosphere, the staff and live music was great. Good selection of drinks too and if you don't want to be near the live music you can sit on the quieter side. This was my first time here and I'll definitely be back.
T. C.Great night for hen party, I was with a hen party and bouncers really looked after us. Especially when a man wouldn't leave us alone. They had to tell him to stop. We met lovely people who wrote lovely stuff on our blow up willy. It's always a good spot.
j. l.Busy bar with a good atmosphere. The area where the band were playing was cordoned off. Bouncer said it was too busy and no more people could go in. For the next hour he told the same story to males yet proceeded to let groups of females through!

G.What can I say about the Harp bar, my friends and I were up in Belfast for a 40th birthday. we had an amazing time in the Harp, staff were fantastic there were 10 of us they joined tables together for us really went out of there way to accommodate us. unreal singer upstairs we simply had one of the best nights ever. Thank you to all the staff at the Harp Bar. if you're in Belfast get to the Harp Bar 10++ stars. We will be back.

My only little thing was if you have your left ear full of live music amd right ear full of piped in dj music it can be overwhelming so don't sit in the middle , chose a side 🎶 🙃 great night and thank you amd we chose the live music ear

We met a couple from Dublin who said its better than Temple Bar! Our go to place any time we are out in Belfast. Just left it again with a friend and she Is from belfast and loves it as well. Still insist it is the go to place for good craic, people watching and great tunes!

Found in the cathedral quarter where there are alot of hip and happening bars to be found with all different types of music from traditional, latest charts to live bands.
It's a hidden gem and great for meeting friends and also meeting new ones

N. A.For it being a Wednesday just after New Year this place was amazing and the atmosphere was buzzing. We arrived around 9:30 p.m. to get a seat and table. The bar did fill up fast from 10 p.m. The solo artist on at the time was highly entertaining. The guy even played past the time he was asked to as he was having a great time himself! The second band on were amazing too. Me and my partner felt lucky to be here on our first night in Belfast. It was a great way to start our trip! The bar itself is a great traditional Irish bar with lots of interesting visuals on the walls.

P. G.Although it was practically empty (Simply because I went around lunchtime on a Sunday), I still loved the atmosphere at the Harp Bar.
The place was decorated in a way that gave out, what I can only describe as, a sort of Titanic vibe - The red, velvet chairs gave me this impression more than anything.
This, combined with the chill music and plethora of bar memorabilia, made it a great spot to sit and enjoy a pint (Which I was expecting to cost more than the fiver I paid for it, to be honest).
The couple of pictures I managed to take without looking too strange don't do the place justice. Definitely worth a visit to properly take in the decor.

It's crowded and lively, but the drinks were great and not terribly expensive, the atmosphere was moving and lively, and it's just a fantastic place to come enjoy yourself and dance.

C. W.I really like Harp Bar. I go here to socialise - the live music creates a great ambience in the bar to be found on the left as you go in. Customers use the section just in front of where the band play to dance.
The bar on the right hand side has relatively newly been refurbed and looks great especially the quirky reclaimed tiles etc and the graffiti art court yard is definitely worth a see and totally instagrammable but on a busy weekend evening I don’t like being shepherded into this area or upstairs as the place I want to be in is too busy.
It’s a 5 out of 5 if and when I get into the section I want to socialise in.
P. V.This bar features live music and a crow that really enjoys to sing along. But also has a more quite section if that suits you better. They have many Irish whiskeys on the menu

M. F.I’m not one to usually queue to get into a venue but everyone in Belfast was recommending me to do just that. How glad I was, it was one of the best bars I’ve been too. The staff and visitors were so friendly and welcoming. I spent New Years Eve there 2019/20 and couldn’t have picked a better venue. One of my favourite bars in the world 🌍 (alongside The Dirty Onion and The Thirsty Goat, quite literally!)

M. R.Classic quaint little pub with reasonably priced drinks and fantastic decor. The staff are also amazing. One went to the effort of ordering a taxi for a couple of customers, and when another came in to ask for a product they don't do, she went to the bar across the street to check if they did - before recommending it to them.
It's the best place for a chat and quiet drink.

B. G.A cool pub in the best part of Belfast with a large range of drinks and often playing live music. No cocktails last time I called in but it was pretty busy so I don't know if that is the standard or not. Mixed range of people which is nice to see and it seems to have a pretty relaxed dress code. Bar and door staff seemed cool too, I think the bouncer fancied my mum.

A good mixture of young and old people were rocking the place. And I mean rocking !!! Everyone was in great form and for a Monday night. I'd say a weekend night must be crazy in this place 😂😂 it's definitely a 5 stars from me.
B. C.Better since they punched through the wall to the right as you go in but the door staff are fairly obnoxious. Easy to assume I'm forming that opinion after having a falling out with them, not the case. But been there a few times and if you nip out to make a call or something you may prepare to not be let back in
L.Large venue, classy interiors. Great live music. Well designed, great facilities. You will pay slightly more for your drinks but it's worth it. Attracts all ages.
S. M.Fabulous bar in Belfast town centre. Loads of charm, character and history. Live music is always excellent. Called in on Tuesday evening while showing visitors from America around Belfast and got talking to Sean who works there. Well, what Sean doesn't know about the bar isn't worth knowing. Even though we are locals ourselves we didn't know half of what Sean was able to tell us about the harp bar. Gave us a guided tour and loads of information on where a lot of the fixtures and fittings came from, just amazing. Sean is a credit to the bar, such a great guy. The visitors from America sent us a picture of them and their family having a drink there the following evening.

t.Most lively bar in Belfast city centre during the week. Music always good and a great buzz within. Certainly a place visitors to Belfast can be guaranteed a great night out, and a perfect place to bring friends. Good selection of beer on tap, quick service and the extension to the bar was done at the perfect time as it's popularity went through the roof.

We had a flying visit here on our last day in Belfast (my first time, my fiancée's second and she was determined that we find half an hour for a pint at the Harp Bar).
Full of mismatched chairs and Chesterfield style sofas, it's a really comfortable and welcoming bar with a really down-to-earth feel. It's a little overpriced compared to others but it's definitely a place I could see myself hanging out in for an few beers.
Despite the name, they've got other drinks on tap (including Hop House 13 and Guinness), but really - a pint of ice cold Harp and a comfy sofa is a good shout.
The staff are pretty friendly and the bar itself was nice and clean.
Definitely worth a stop in if you're in the area.

M. D.The Harp Bar is a strange beast, failing to build upon a rightfully earned earlier reputation. Live music is a key component of the bars success, except it can't be heard in 70% of the bar space. The drinks are off-the-shelf, with no cocktail menu that I've ever noticed. The staff are second to none, and I've no doubt investing in them would increase to further success. Percect to check off the list, otherwise Belfast is bursting with bars with more character or range

M. M.Very clean and comfortable. The bar has expanded into adjacent buildings, accomplished seamlessly with floor tiling. Anf fixtures carried right through. On the downside if this expabsion continues you will soon need a bicycle to go to the loo.

R.Was here yesterday have to say the bar area near band stage and bar seating is awful was like a cattle market, for squashed and uncomfortable, the next bar area was better also hard to get a seat, I found it very impersonal, staff were friendly drinks expensive especially soft mixers, met up with friend, s other wyse would have left, needs better seating arrangement in areas, for that reason I would not use it regularly 🤔😕

Lol....They have a tendency to send you upstairs first....why???...even half of your party are downstairs.
