K. H.Great local pub in a neat area near the mall. Pretty basic pub menu but a wide variety of tasty selections. The staff is friendly and the prices were a wee bit high for pub food IMO. We had the tomato soup which was great, the pineapple jalapeño wings which were very tasty but a little soggy. We are American so maybe flawed but we like our wings crispy. The chicken stack on champ was really tasty. Definitely give it a shot - you ain’t be disappointed.
A. O. T.My partner & I was doing some shopping in Victoria Square. We called n here for a quick drink. As it's literally a stone throw away from Victoria. This place has a warm homely traditional bar vibe. Custumer service was great. Door man greeted us nicely at the door & welcomed us to gave us a selection of tables of where we would like to sit. Was nice to have a choice, even tho they where relatively busy. After been sat to our table our waitress was friendly quirky & great sense of humour. We would definitely come back here for a little tipple 🙊 Thanks guys 😊

The staff were very friendly & polite & the food was delicious. I got chicken stack & asked for chips (which were full of flavour)instead of champ & this wasn't a problem at all. Like it here. Have been before & will return again

W. S.A great steak and chips served with salad and done well as requested. Didn't realise it came with a large portion of sauteed onions and ordered onion rings as well! My partner enjoyed her salmon. Pleasant staff as well.

S. T.Ordered the Belfast Ham. It came with gravy and creamy leek sauce. I queried if it was meant to have gravy with a creamy sauce? I was informed that is how it is served. I stated that it didnt say that on the menu. I was told that it did. I again said that was an unusual combination that I had never heard of or had before (I have worked bars and restaurants as well as managed them for 28 year). I also had already checked that this meal was suitable for me before ordering as I have an intolerance to wheat flour and gravy had not been mentioned. I was told this is one of the most popular dishes and it came with gravy. I said I will give it a go ...it was not nice together so removed the creamy leak sauce and ate it with the gravy only. I checked the menu and as I had stated no mention of gravy. I hate being lied too and lucky enough their gravy doesnt have wheat flour or I could have ended up ill for the next 3 days. Disappointed and annoyed to be blatently lied too especially with so many people with food allegies.

It was rammed but they serviced us quite well (but I think they should of enforced a leave policy as a few tables were just watching the football after they'd eaten and had no sing of moving on but was of no consequence to us). Food is decent pub food and prices are good but I did think their Christmas dinner price a Llitle OOT. I had the fish and chips which at 8.95 was a decent size and tasted good.
I was. Miffed that they had a singer on while football was on, she was good but everyone was looking at the screens.
