Absolutely loved this place! We didn't book and were extremely lucky to get a table. The cocktails were amazing and the decor and atmosphere of the bar were really sophisticated. We were celebrating our anniversary and it really felt like a special place for a celebratory drink. Would definitely return but I'd make sure we book next to make sure we're not disappointed 😉

Can't beat the ambience and view, good service, very aesthetically pleasing presentations. I want to like this place but... the original cocktail menu needs work, no way around it. They sound good on paper and are photogenic but ultimately they are too sweet and many ingredients don't come through on the flavor profiles. I wasn't even confident there was alcohol in some of them (and not in a good way). Not sure if the flavorings arent fresh or its low quality bases/modifiers but whatever it is frankly the price point doesn't fit the tasting experience. The classic I tried was better, but still room to improve. Genuinely hope this gets worked out, this place has tremendous potential. I hope to come back one day and see things have improved.

I've been wanting to see this for a while. We called today not knowing what to expect but it was lovely from the get go. I'll credit this primarily to the staff. They were friendly and competent from the second we walked through the door. The observatory is nice, not sure it's knock the socks off you nice but its nice. A lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink. And yes, it's expensive. You're paying for the views and the service as much as the drink - but the views and the service are worth it. I had a Boatyard Gin coating £16 😂 But I loved every minute of it. Take yourself for a treat. 🙂👍

Lovely bar with amazing views over Belfast. We walked into reception and were brought straight up in the lift and got a seat at a table beside a window. We ordered drinks, cocktail and mocktail, both were lovely and well presented, if a bit overpriced, but you’re paying for your surroundings.

The observatory is a very nice place to just sit. Whilst the menu can seem pricey it is definitely worth the view and the service. Highly recommended.

Undoubtedly the best views of the city, only found out about the observatory when we went to view the lobby. All the staff literally from the ground to the top were fantastic, very kind, polite and obliging. Do not go up for food, they don't serve lunch. There is no better way to relax for a bit after shopping or sight seeing than to sit down on a comfy chair and gaze at the vista that beholds you with a refreshing drink. The Observatory bar is definitely a top reason of ours to return to Belfast.

Great experience. Staff friendly and helpful. Extensive cocktail menu. Tables very well spaced out and guests only get in if table available. Views breathtaking. Around £14-£15 for cocktails, but in view of the exclusive nature of the place worth it. Complimentary gin cocktail and nibbles while waiting for our order to be put together.

Didn't like the look of us so sat us over to one side away from everyone else, nice views, staff were nice but it felt they were on edge, nervous, couldn't give us a list of soft drinks for the driver. Very expensive, they bring the carafe to the table and pour into the glass at the table, its meant to be performative but unnecessary. Nice decor.
