Y.Beautiful location...shame you have to wait over 30 minutes to be served!!!!! I say 30 minutes!!! But I actually gave up and left before being served! A man can only wait so long! Went to the bar...was told it's table service...went to the table...waved down a waiter...30 minutes later I walked out! Terrible service! 😔😔
Z. G.My experience here was unfortunately sub par. I ordered and old-fashioned that was €10. For that price I expected something great, instead I received something along the lines of an orange liqueur flavored water. The bar was hard to find seating in. I now can't understand why. But I also understand that what I consider an old fashioned might just be different than what is typical in Belfast. I'm sure my experience is not the norm.
R. C.Very comfortable, lovely atmosphere but bar staff are very slow. Having been told they would bring our 3 drinks down to us we waited and waited. In the end we went back up to the bar and brought them down ourselves. No apology for keeping us waiting and it the bar wasn't really that busy.
