Got taken to this great spot as part of a craft beer tour. Enjoyed it so much we went back that night. Good range of new & classic beers, decent outdoor space out back and a pizza place in the yard for snacks. Useful spot for groups too.
A. A.
Quick friendly service, and a great selection of craft beer (menu attached) available in cans. Managed to find a seat despite being a relatively busy Saturday night - the beer garden is surprisingly big.
Unfortunately we'd already eaten else would of loved to have tried to pizzas; they looked and smelled delicious, as well as being reasonably priced.

We had s great time at the sunflower to see the six nations, staff we're friendly and the local hilldens and beamish stout was very nice didn't get to try the food there but I hear it's not bad . Never been to a pub with a green cage before but it's a little bit of history I'm from NZ so we'll be back cheers guys.
ᄒ.
First time visiting after meaning to gonfor years. Nice little pizza menu too! Nice little bar
S. P.
What an amazing place. Such a relaxed atmosphere. You MUST try the pizza. Went with a few of us and we all had different ones. They were all amazing. Love this place. Don't let the outside put you off. Def have to visit if you're in the area.

The Sunflower is a wonderful & unique pub in Belfast city centre. It's very well run, with friendly, efficient staff, always on point with beer recommendations from their incredible craft beer range. What makes it next level though, is the wood fired pizza from Boxing Hare in the beer garden! Must be the best pizza in the city centre! Absolutely delicious neopolitan style pizza, an affordable menu in a chilled out setting in the wonderful beer garden. 2nd to none! We got take out pizza to go after we'd already eaten, they were so tasty. Highly recommended indeed!
s. m.
What an amazing place, wonderful customers, atmosphere was electric! Thank you to everyone who participated in the Autism Raffle. Great staff who were working their socks off. I look forward to returning soon x
A. M.
Brilliant wee bar great staff pints are good has a pizza oven in the back yard you will have a good day here
P. a. M. S.
Sad there was no live music, as listed on the website, but still a fun experience, good pizza, and a very good Stout.
R. R.
Any bar with rotating craft beer taps is a winner from me! Great beers, awesome outdoors section and the pizzas are top class! A definite favourite!
E. D.
Called in today for the first time. My husband very disappointed they don't serve Guinness???. They serve Beamish which he said was tasteless. Pizza was nice to be fair. Toilet was clean enough but bit smelly. Nice enough atmosphere but won't be rushing back.
M. B.
Great atmosphere, lovely space, especially the outdoor area. Great pizza, unfortunately their drinks are not very good. Ok to serve local and IPAs but there should be some standard beers.
P. C.
Historic, cultural, traditional Irish music sessions Fridays. Regularly rotates IPAs etc. Beamish (traditional Irish stout, imo slightly sweeter than guinn, but smoother and just as nice in its own right) on tap, NO GUINNESS,
S. L.
Great pint of Beamish (£4:30) and they were happy to have my 2 doggies inside the bar.
There was a flea market in the beer garden & upstairs on the Sunday I was there
G. M.
Friendly staff, not too bunged and great choice of beer. (GF available!) Also live music - a brilliant night out
C. F.
Great bar. Super local and Southern beer. Outstanding service. Easily one of the best in Belfast
S.
Fantastic bar with lovely interior and some great collection of craft beer. Very friendly staff too.
C. M.
Great friendly atmosphere & dog friendly. Serving up great local beers and spirits.
B. H.
Best pub in Belfast by a long shot.
Behind the iconic caged front door, a historical artifact from Belfast's darker days, there's a fantastic selection of beers from local breweries with a few imported classics. There's a decent sized beer garden out the back of the pub with sheltered spots and heaters for the colder months and it even boasts a wood-fired pizza oven operated by the Boxing Hare.
The staff are the best of Belfast and this pub embodies the very soul of the city.
A. B.
Nice pub. Friendly staff and vibe. Dog friendly too. Can get pretty packed in there, so get in early, claim your bench and get some pizza and pints.
S. B.
Great pub for post dinner pints - would avoid the double stout (unless you're a huge stout fan). Belfast's last caged pub and a great beer garden.
R. T.
One of the best pubs in Belfast. Always has a good beer selection and often has live music! The folk club on Thursday evenings is unmissable. 😊
S. D.
Small curated collection of awesome craft bottles and cans. Hilden on cask. Brilliant - great beer garden with pizza oven.
K. B.
Fantastic music. Who knew we have a Louis Stewart in Belfast? And what a group of accompmished musos! And... for free?
V. C.
Perfect bar and atmosphere, great staff , music, outdoor area and gorgeous pizzas
S. R.
Was there for the comedy charity night for mental health. Great comedians, great bar, great staff. Will definitely be back
J. A.
What a great place to have a pint, pizza, music and hang put with friends. Great tap!!
N. F.
We enjoyed it here a lot. We went here on a Wednesday and had live tradition Irish music and it was super nice. The beer is good and the overall atmosphere great. I would come back here. Only for the music.
D. H.
Nice bar nice beer garden and has a pizza oven too very popular with tourists
R. r.
Not all it's cracked up to be. Decent beer garden but from my experience over rated. Pints good though.
N. L.
We have just stayed in an airbnb across the street. Seeing the name and the bar we did a quick look up and passed by. Honestly, this place is one of the best bars where I have listened to live music. We came there on a Thursday where they played traditional music - simply wow!! Aside that the pub has lots of history of the time of conflict in the city! Any time again! Greetings from Germany!!
R. M.
One of my favourite Belfast bars! They always seem to have a larger selection of craft beers or ciders in comparison to a lot of Belfast bars. Their pizzas are insane, good value for money and cooked on the big pizza stove in the beer garden! The atmosphere is very chilled and the decor is authentic Belfast. A mixed but always friendly crowd in The Sunflower!🌻
P. C.
Great wee pub eclectic mix of people, beers and friendly staff!
w. t. w.
Attracts every indie guitarist, failed artist, and queer student in a 10 mile radius. Love it. And amazing range of drinks + occasional pizza oven moment. Only issues are the slightly steeper prices than other places and the pizza oven being unused most of the time I’m there.
G.
Great wee pub, really nice atmosphere friendly and nice cheap pint ☺️
I. K.
Had great time there. The pizza was really tasty and a nice touch.
R. R.
Old school but fresh, really comfortable and welcoming, plus the old security gate covered in flowers is a nice touch. Fantastic range of craft beers and cider on tap, changing frequently. Outside does pizza, and great open air area to enjoy the weather when it behaves!
J.
Great wee pub. Brilliant atmosphere

Nice pub, not too busy, away from the main drag so easy to get seats. Good outside area and the pizza looked fantastic. Service was ok, drinks on offer were great.

You could write a book here. Such a chilled out atmosphere and plenty of punters to have a chat with if you want it. The beer selection is probably the best in Belfast and the whiskey choices are strong as well. I'll have a Powers John's Lane if you're offering.
S. G.
No need for review... pics say it all!! Staff are the best, amazing place to go!!
J. A.
Great pub, glad to get in after the lock down. Very well managed to reduce covid risk. Great pizzas from £6.50 and yummy ginger cider. Usually a great music venue to
T. M.
Very nice bar is the sunflower had a beautiful cider
B. S.
Nice place, very friendly, really liked the courtyard.
A. A.
Great atmosphere! Will definetely visit again.
G. C.
Great bar, good memorabilia inside and good beer 🍻🍻🍻
M. Z.
The best pub in Belfast! Great drought Czech beer ( Kozel, Pilsner Urquell)
J.
Great wee pub. Brilliant atmosphere
C. C.
Great pizza, great service, decent selection.
S. M.
Great beer garden with pizza a oven.
J. “. P.
Nice place. Historic. Don't buy their version of Guinness. :)
S. B.
It might not be the most welcoming from the outside, especially for those not familiar with the history of the area. But the concept of ‘never judge a book by it’s cover’ it so true - what an incredible place. The staff behind the bar are wonderfully welcoming and efficient, given how busy it is, and the garden area is a brilliant social venue. The decor and history inside is worth a visit alone. It’s a great place, whether as a couple or group, and I’ll certainly be returning since it’s one of the most fun pubs I’ve been to.
S. P.
fantastic cosy little pub just a bit away from the main street. lots o beers to choose from. Bar staff very friendly 10/10
K. S.
Fantastic food and good brews!
m.
Yeah simple the Best wee Bar in Belfast city !
J. F.
Wonderful, friendly (especially to Dog lovers) bar with great atmosphere. We'll worth a visit especially if an event is on.
S. C.
Great little pub. Always has a decent selection of beers.
S. P.
Proper pub, friendly staff, great choice of beer and very very Covid aware.
l. l.
My favourite place in Belfast, they're so lovely and relaxed, highly recommended coming here
J. O.
Booked the room upstairs for an event and it was brilliant. Great atomsphere and staff were excellent hosts.
L. H.
Great selection of beers at a good price. Relaxed, laid-back atmosphere. It's great having the pizza oven outside - food is simple and delicious. Could possibly be improved by the addition of a bit more seating, but other than that, I enjoyed it and will probably be back!
E. D.
Great pizza great beer very chilled out
J. W.
Bouncer was really friendly, couldn't do any more for us! Lovely pizza made in a wood fired oven out the back and nice choice of craft beers. All round great experience.
M.
Served by Jerry mcguire, seriously nice guy, really refreshing to have a nice guy serve us oirw drinks. It's such a small thing but it made our night. Absolute gent. Jerry with a "J" I think! 😁 😁 😁 Great bloke! 😁 😁
B. B. l.
Super cute and relaxed pub hearkening back to simpler times! Brilliant smoking area with wood fired pizzas. Friendly staff and a range of activities and music each week ranging from Spanish classes to Ukulele Jamming. Dog friendly too if you want to take your pooch for a pint!
J. M.
Great pub! Love the atmosphere, table service with the new measures is excellent. Good drinks selection.
K. G.
Wonderful place with very relaxed vibes, great friendly and attentive staff and drinks are quite cheap. Love the yard outside , couldn't ask for more!
F. H.
Brilliant spot, great selection of ales and beers, food available in the courtyard. Uniquely Belfast
d. b.
Great vibes with a proper traditional bar. The outdoor sitting area is peaceful and have good pizza. Definitely the place to go for tourists seeking a proper Irish pub experience with a speakeasy vibe.
A. K.
Great pub, excellent beers and friendly people
W. S.
Great atmosphere, great choice of beer and spirits, very quirky. Outdoor pizza oven is the best! Retained the front entrance security features from the troubles giving the place a very authentic feel unique to Belfast. A must see for any tourist who wants to get a feel for the city while enjoying a pint with a bit of craic.
C. S.
One of the best Bars in Belfast. She is rough on the outside and full of joy and love in the inside. Lovely cold drinks and delicious grub! I highly recommend this bar to anyone from any walks of life! 5 Stars!
C. M.
A packed bar with a lively and friendly atmosphere. The decorations inside were fantastic - I loved the homey nature of it. The drinks were as standard and there was live music played by some of the other people there - it was Irish trad which made it all the better. Murals outside also work as a place for a cheeky picture or selfie. I highly recommend going here!
D. M.
I was here yesterday. Very friendly atmosphere and good staff. Good choice of beers. I will return soon.
m. m.
Great bar full of history and craic. Beer garden serves small but tasty pizzas. Only serves craft beer. Well worth checking out. Could probably do with a couple more strategically placed heaters.
A. B.
Brilliant pub. Real community spirit. Atmosphere and drinks are brilliant 🍀
P. N. B.
Great wee pub with great beers and atmosphere too. Highly recommend
Y. R.
One of my favourite places to go for a wee pint and a pizza! The fabulous staff are very accommodating and friendly. ☺️
r. C.
A wee gem. Musicians gathered in while we were outside. The pizza oven was getting turned on. Lovely chilled atmosphere and nice staff who let us try and sip before choosing our drinks. Never disappointed
R. T.
Eschewing large commercial beer and ale brands, this bar is the real gem of the city. A great selection of beers and spirits are served in a traditional setting but the beer garden is to be particularly experienced of an evening when it comes to life with a myriad of people. I highly recommend the pizza served from the beer garden! This is a popular place amongst the arts community.
Z. M.
Great pub for obscure beers, tasty pizza, and dog friendly as well. Easily one of the most colourful bars in Belfast. Would heartily recommend.
M. B.
Love this pub. Lovely outdoor seating area with pizza oven and great beers on rotation. Please visit and support this gem of a drinking establishment!
J. D.
What a Great bar to be! Such a friendly staff, specially Suzy... Always makes me feel welcome. I love the atmosphere, I specifically Love their alcohol selection, as in drafts and spirits. Keep it up guys!
G. D.
One of, if not, the best pub in Belfast. Even better in the good weather as the beer garden is relaxing and completely unique. If you go during the day or in the afternoon you can also get a handmade pizza done in a wood burning oven.
If you are looking for craft beers that are off the beaten track then there is no place better. Their double stout, at 12%, is strong but lovely. Would recommend spending an afternoon trying different beers and eating pizza in the sun.
Make sure to get a picture with the sunbathing sign to complete the trip.
C. F.
Girls day out at the flea market. Lovely staff very pleasant and helpful. Let us taste the different beers. Had pizza which was beautiful. Perfect day out. Recommend a visit. Will definitely be back on other nights.
J. M.
Lovely old tradtional pub great service great pint of Beamish
A. M.
A friendly pub with a very wide selection of bottled beers from quite a few local and regional craft brewers, and a good atmosphere and decor with nice touches make this a good place to while away a quiet evening with friends, even the ones you've just met. However, what really makes this place stand out from the range of good Belfast pubs is the upstairs music venue, featuring local and not-so-local, offbeat and up-and-coming musicians. Admission is very cheap and you're always guaranteed an entertaining evening. There are quite a few 'regulars' in these sessions, always friendly and welcoming. A great place to go and the reprieve from Ulster University's planned demolition to make way for student housing came as a great relief to me and to friends.
T. C.
Probably the best bar in Belfast but I should not say this as it is also a small bar. Great selection of draught and bottled beers and, I think, no standard boring beers. The only bar I know that does not sell Guinness!
Wonderfully diverse crowd. Bar staff are pretty friendly, not annoyingly chatty.
There is an outdoor seating area that effectively doubles the bar's capacity on good days.
Come and admire possibly the last door-cage, a leftover from the Troubles now acting as a tourist attraction.
Once again, a great bar that should be supported.
R. M.
One of the best bars in Belfast. Incredible staff and the Beamish is just next level.
A. R.
Good crowd and great atmosphere
A. G.
Friendly staff. Live music. Great local beer and pizza is awesome
G. K.
A nice little bar, tucked out of the way from craziness of cathedral Quarter. One of the bar staff, Sinead, noticed my Rocky Horror tee and made friendly conversation while pouring my pints.
Good range, great atmosphere.
A. T.
One of the few "free bars" in Belfast, with a healthy selection of beers on tap outside of the usual commercial range. Excellent craft beer, locally distilled gin and whiskey and bar staff who are friendly & happy to advise on which IPA you should try. Regular Friday & Saturday night music sesh, usually of the trad or folk variety and a large beer garden with plenty of seating & heaters.
E. L.
Absolutely amazing! Well worth the visit. I will definitely be coming back. Great beer, great music and amazing staff!! The outdoor area is a breath of fresh air! Beautiful layout with massive tables! Could stay there all night long! Thank you so much guys <3
R.
Great bar, great music, nice atmosphere, friendly staff
P. D.
Has to be one of best bars in Belfast. If you are not into HD brows, botox and posers... 😁
C. R.
Great wee place. And I mean wee. I suppose the better word would be intimate. Great range of beers and ciders. Something different to try everytime I go in. The beer garden is great. The pizza is cooked in a stone oven and is delicious.
S. P.
Welcoming with good atmosphere and beer. A must see whilst in Belfast.
S. P.
Very very casual. Great drinks. Good bar staff know the products. The highlight is the pizza oven outside, I would highly recommend the pesto pizza bread and the harissa pizza bread . Absolutely delicious.
P.
My favourite bar in Belfast, it is a bit understated but has bags of character, often great live music, a good outdoors area with a pizza oven and pizza, very socially liberal and generous with their space.
R. N.
Hands down the best bar in Belfast if not the country. Great selection of craft beers and local options on tap. Entertainment provided in the form of bring your own doggos and puppers.
M. M.
Amazing atmosphere created by the punters and the musicians. Note to tourists * they don't sell Guinness here. But plenty of great beers and ales, like Kinnegars scraggy Bay or Rusty Ale.
A. W.
Friendly staff helped us out with ordering. Great music. Some dogs came in for a visit. Comfortable. Was a great place to check out, everyone seems welcome for sure.
N. S.
Wonderful friendly pub with, along with its sister pub the American Bar, the best range of craft beers in Belfast, plus the added benefit of of a wood fired pizza oven in its beer garden.
Can't recommend too highly.
J. M.
Nice barman very dog friendly.good space and real ale.
K. S.
Great atmosphere, better selection of craft beers, and just all round good craic the Irish trad music in the beer garden was a lovely touch keep at it guys
L. B.
Best pub in Belfast. Great live music 🎶 beers and pizza.
S. G.
Basic pub with wood oven pizzas in beer garden. Live Irish band playing
K. J.
Lovely bar. Pleasant staff. Great events. Good range of drinks. Love that it's dog friendly and the outdoor pizza oven is very cool.
K. H.
Great little bar, live music, pizza oven in the smoking yard (which is bigger that the bar bonus!) Great range of ipa's. Also hosts family friendly markets and friendly staff.
P. M.
One of the cosiest, friendliest pubs in Belfast. Great beers/spirits available (a lot of local stuff). Good events from time to time and trad sessions on throughout the week. Tasty stone-oven pizzas out back.
L. D.
This is a great wee cosy bar with the friendliest atmosphere. The bar hosts the Belfast Flea, a monthly vintage market which spills into their beer garden and upstairs. Very civilised quaffing g+t's whilst shopping! Also the Artisan pizza guys do the BEST pizzas ever in the woodfired oven in the beer garden. I cannot recommend this place enough ...
K. D.
Great place, great music, great drink, great people !
C. S.
Eclectic mix of clientele, staff are great, woodfired pizza after 5pm most days but check the website, young and old, artists of music and fans of any music. All are welcome in this wonderful place.
T. Ó. N.
Fantastic bar. Music and drinks flow nicely and a spacious beer garden equipped with outdoor bar and pizza oven is a game changer! A must-see and experience in Belfast
P. S.
Best beer garden in Belfast. Bring a group and huddle together as it gets a bit drafty. Couple of pints in and the beer sweater kicks in. You'll be right as rain. Live music upstairs is class
S. N. B.
Our fav pub that we visited in Belfast. Gorgeous little beer garden with pizzas and a great relaxed, hippy vibe. Staff and punters are friendly and some great beers!
A. T.
Brilliant pub, excellent mix of people, great selection of well kept beer, great pizzas nice wee beer garden. The type of bar Belfast needed and now has. It's excellent
G. M.
Quirky bar with outside barbeque oven serving food. If you want to take part in entertaining, visit upstairs on Thursday nights. Here, musicians gather and render two songs a piece. Audience participation is encouraged. Door price £5.00.
A. S. (.
Cheap pints, great atmosphere. A lovely pub run by lovely people
R. A.
One of the great hidden secrets of Belfast. A throw back to the 70s with the security gate at the entrance to the bar. Great beer garden which is not to be missed. Rory.
S. M.
Love this place. Great staff, great service. Best pizza in Belfast.
A. C.
Lovely atmosphere, dog friendly overall, a great wee bar
S. M.
Another superb night in the upstairs Folk Club. Local talent for the first hour then the main act for the second hour and all for only a £5 cover charge. No better value exists in Belfast
p.
Not for me. Went there with friends had a great afternoon. They do more craft ales and beers. So... no kopamberg or magners. Also do an amazing pizza outdoor. The staff was also very friendly. Can't fault it.
K. V.
Great selection of beers & friendly staff, wood fired pizzas reasonable priced. Would have given 5 * but for the overpowering smell of the urinal salt tablets that hit your nose as you walk in.
P. C.
Amazing pub. Great beers and wonderful staff. Brilliant to see social distancing being taken so seriously.
C. J.
A huge beer spot in Belfast for sure! Went there for a beer club tasting, then hung out with friends in the garden while a gig was playing. Happily loud, a lot of people, a pizzaiolo was proposing ultimately fresh pizzas inside. Do not miss this.
P. L.
A wonderful pub with an excellent reputation for live music. There is a great room upstairs where people can enjoy performances of various artists of different types of music.
N. A.
I had a wonderful and quaint experience with both the patrons and the bartenders. Fitting thr hospitality of the Irish. I didnt get to stay around for the live music but all encounters were positive.
K.
Cozy and intimate. Loved the live music! We visited here a couple years ago and I still think about that lovely pub. It’s a Belfast must-visit.
M. J.
Serves excellent pizza with a perfect crust and some days it's also possible to listen to Uilleann pipe players in the bar. Definitely worth looking up!
A. S. G. B.
What a place!!!
*Super friendly, helpful staff!
*Clean and covid safe!
*Great food and drinks!
N. B.
Probably the best pub in Belfast City centre. Typically have something half decent to drink, including local/Irish craft breweries - boundary, white hag etc
A. G.
Such a great pub! It can get a wee bit crowded inside sometimes but they got an outdoor pad where they also make fresh oven pizza. Recommend.
L. K.
Absolute Belfast institution. Great wee hidden gem with a class selection of beers on tap.
One of the best smoking/outdoor areas in Belfast and the pizzas served out the back are unreal.
M. M.
Dog friendly and you can't beat the heated beer garden on a dry evening. Ukulele night on Tuesdays is weird but wonderful.
C. Q.
Fabulous pizza and atmosphere
A. S.
Brilliant bar with locally brewed beer. Lovely place to go, relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful pizza in the beer garden.
g. m.
The sunflower is such a gem. Contributing your profits from culture night back into the arts is a true testament to how this business values the community and is an integral part of the area. Plus it does great pizza.
J. M.
Every year we go to see our local ice hockey team play, and every year this is our first place we stop at, beers awesome staff are friendly and knowledgeable, if you haven't been your missing out.
D. D.
Lovely bar but toilets etc could do with a revamp.
I do apologise I’ve just read you’ve updated them. I didn’t need to use them last visit so didn’t know but I’m delighted you have 😍
P. G.
I've been to The Sunflower a few times now and always leave telling anyone who'll listen that it's fast become my favourite bar in Belfast, only to go far too long until I return then tell myself off for that. Simply put - it's got a welcoming vibe, a wide choice of craft beers, friendly staff, a great beer garden with a wood-fired pizza oven, and, lots of live music. If you let the slightly-out-of-it location put you off it's your loss!
A. E.
One of Belfast's best bars. Offers great craft beers, beer garden, unique events and is surrounded by some of Belfast's best Street Art.
M. R.
Just the best beer garden. Good local beers and good pizza.
H. C. C.
The traditional folkloric music section are a must-see! It doesn't matter if you're familiar with various bagpipes being played in harmony, the sunflower is a treat for your years.
The bar preserves the old gateway from the recent conflict times.
N. F.
Great pub, friendly, jamming session on at the time, great beer garden/ smoking area. Bar is small but the garden doubles it. Wood oven pizza in beer garden. Just a really good pub.
V. H.
Nice cosy pub but must advise the if you are paying by card minimum is £10,should really have a notice on the dòor, lady behind the bar was very nice as two drinks came to just over £5 so she gave me the rest in change.
S. M.
A true gem. Thurs night is magical at the Sunflower Folk Club. First hour is local talent then one bigger act. Last night was Anthony Toner. A wonderful intimate atmosphere
D. N.
Great pub, nice selection of beers
J. F.
Great traditional bar often with live music. Nice beer garden with wood fired pizza oven. Really nice pizzas and great atmosphere.
m.
Like a wee home from home. Lovely staff, lovely beer, lovely pizzas!
D. F.
Great spot for a pint, great beer garden also
C. C.
A pub worth searching out as it's a hidden gem. Nice beer garden and fresh food served. Live music often adds to the atmosphere.
G. W.
Nice pub. Met family there for a few drinks. Very busy, live music. Nice beer garden with a pizza oven
V.
Friendly atmosphere, good craic
T. M.
Fantastic pub. Beer garden's up there with the best in the city. And a pizza oven doesn't hurt either. Great beer selection.
P. S.
Best bar in Belfast; great selection of craft beer, live music and the best wood fired pizza around.
J. T. (.
A good selection of craft beers. Every Tuesday a ukulele band plays and you can sing along. Great fun.
J. E.
Best pub in Belfast? Up in the top at least if you aren't a local
p. l.
Great bar and staff so friendly and nice ,we went at 5pm on a Thurs and there was a live band playing ,very very good x
J. P.
Coolest pub I've been in since moving to Belfast. Get beer and very nice pizzas outside. Cannot wait for the summer!
C. A.
Good, knowledgeable, friendly bar staff. Decent prices. Good pizza made on the premises. Hard to find a better pub.
A. W.
Lovely enclosed beer garden where dogs can run around free. Little heat lamps for moments when the sun dipped behind a cloud. Good beer :)
A. S.
Good bar
A. H.
True gem! Great vibe n friendly staff, serves very good wooden fire pizza in inner courtyard, good live music as well😎 great job guys!
S. D.
Nice spot for a pint and a pizza, as long as the weather is good. Tiny bar in front, decent space upstairs for live music and great beer garden out the back.
K. L.
Good patio with pizza and extensive bottled/canned beer to be had. Nothing on the hand pump at the visit though so just Keg beer on.
A. P.
Excellent pizzas and great selection of craft beers among other drinks along with friendly staff. Inside or outside the vibe is awesome
M. E.
A lively and vibrant bar. Friendly staff and good live music. Boisterous outside beer garden. Great place for an evening.
A. T.
Only stayed on phi phi island for a night but went back 3 times to this bar , great bar with great views, good food and lovley staff , will be back for sure next time we come in November.. thank you to the staff, x
B. K.
Great bar wine was lovely staff friendly but the best was the vegetarian pizza best I have ever tasted.
C. H.
Nice cozy pub with real, authentic German beers, prices are pretty standard but you get a real pub atmosphere and the staff are nice.
F. W.
Gritty and iconoclastic from the outside, warm and friendly on the inside. Probably one of the best pubs in Belfast especially for the more liberal minded educated types.
S. O.
Cask beer in Belfast is hard to find, but they had it here, and the beer, can remember which one, was in excellent condition, very tasty
N. S.
