Went out for drinks with friends on Saturday and had a great time! The atmosphere was lovely. We could order drinks using the app and never had to wait very long for our order. The DJ played great music and everyone was up on their feet a few times for a dance! Had a fab night, will definitely visit again!

Celebrated my graduation here last night and I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I reserved a private area upstairs for 25 people which had a private bar. I received outstanding customer service from Charlotte and Jenny in the planning stages. Fantastic delivery of service on the night from Jo on the bar and the rest of the team who helped out. The kitchen absolutely delivered aswell everyone enjoyed their meals. We moved downstairs later on in the night to enjoy the DJ who was playing all the good tunes to keep everyone dancing. Doormen were also fantastic very polite and helpful. Overall I can see this place has an amazing team who can work together and deliver exceptional service!! Thank you all for a night to remember!!

Lovely bar, very open, not many 'intimate' seating. Very cold, although a spring evening, once the sun went in it was decidedly chilly, could do with some background heating. Clean toilets, always a plus! Great, friendly staff looking forward to our next visit 🙂

Amazing. Love their breakfasts and we're always happy when there's an All Bar One wherever we visit. The eggs royal is exceptional, eggs always cooked to perfection. Went to All Bar one for bottomless brunch and for a secret Santa celebration and must say, service was quick, our Waitress Maisie was so welcoming, couldn't do enough for us, made our experience so much better. Was a pleasure to have her. I had the full breakfast, which was cooked well and the sausages were to die for. Would go again

Clean and easy to navigate restaurant /pub. The food was tasty and byfar the best value for money in Birmingham. The other restaurants closing far to early in the evening. The only gripes I had were the Internet ordering app malfunctioning. And you have to be aware of the price for cocktails and other drinks. I found the looks on the face of young patrons amusing when they found out that they had spent a small fortune on drinks.

I made a reservation and was taken to the table promptly. Later one of the servers said our table was booked starting in 5 mins but we actually had it for another 50 mins so some confusion there. Otherwise served quickly at the bar despite being a busy Saturday night.

Good place for a drink or a meal. Not too busy on Sunday's but can get crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. Prices a bit above average but generally not too bad. Fair selection of ales and beer and good cocktail bar.

My wife and I really like this bar and restaurant and have frequented the place many, many times over the years. The food is great, particularly the ever changing delicious tapas and sharing plate options. It's tasty food that trumps most of the local eateries. The service is always good and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, even when busy. The beer selection is good and there are plenty of decent wines on offer too. Well worth a visit.

Fabulous bottomless brunch . All served by the amazing Maisie....she was so friendly & very attentive. After a couple of hours We decided to order some tapas.....they wern't the best...portionwise & temperature ...however, Maisie did come over & changed 1 of them for us. We'd eaten the others, 1 was supposed to be cold but the other 2 were only luke warm, maybe prepared in advance & a quick flash under the grill....bit disappointing. Maisie certainly made our afternoon very enjoyably with her v.efficient,friendly service.

Visited on a Wednesday evening - fairly quiet in there, we had a table of 6 people. The food quality was good, but a little cold.. only major issue was the service was extremely slow or incomplete. Ie we would only get our partial drinks order so would have to remind the waiter. The starters came out missing one person and had to wait, the mains took what felt like an eternity to arrive - a good hour. As such we didn't bother with dessert over fear of how long it would take! Nice place though, and we probably just got unlucky with the waiter. Prices were reasonable too.

We went here for boozy brunch for my birthday, the lady serving us i believe her name is Cassey was fabulous very attentive and always happy to help couldn't fault her at all. The food was good and the prosecco provided was nice. The waitress who took over once Cassey had left wasn't as good and her general attitude was poor. We also found her to be rude at times which spoilt the end of what was a fabulous boozy brunch. To anyone who likes prosecco i would definitely reccomend the boozy brunch, it is also a very reasonable price.

I would say the food is amazing I went there with my partner today. But as a person that works in hospitality I would say the customer service was a bit awkward. Had multiple servers had to ask for ordering multiple times. And never received a check backs. Its the little things that count with customer service and our first server seemed very off vibe wise stared alot but didn't clear empty glasses and plates etc went to go on her phone etc which is not very professional. And wasn't very chatty at all which is fine but I like a positive vibe in any place that I eat and feel this place lacked in that department. But the food is awesome.

First time there very nice place pinot wine is to die for, need more bar staff ,we went to see Tom Jones in concert, and service was very slow, but we just doubled up drinks.

The cocktails are strong but we ordered a coctai5for over 30£ and it was literally a glass that we had to split between 4 with a gold cages and flowers with lights that don't even work, so basically we just payed 30£ for a small cocktail. The atmosphere is great but it's not worth going there if you wanna get drunk. It's not the price I would pay for a cocktail for such a small amount.

This is a truly lovely large eatery and bar situated in the heart of Brindley Place right by the beautuful canals. It's very popular indeed. One can either sit outside or inside. Inside it is classy and spacious looking quite continental. If you want a lovely and classy time amidst the hustle and bustle of Brindley Place then this is the biggest, most popular and the classiest there. Situated right by Broad Street with easy access to the NIA, ICC, Symphony Hall one can enjoy yourself either before or after a night out or just go anyway. Wonderful.

Good greeting from door staff. Outside area for enjoying the weather or a smoke. Large area downstairs and smaller upstairs usually for functions. Lots of wooden tables and seats over the whole area. Good range of lagers, beers not so much. Serve cocktails two for one and have a menu for their drinks so you can decide before getting to the bar. Getting stuck behind cocktail orders is a pain however! DJ plays modern music which isn't my thing but certainly attracts the younger crowd who get dressed up for the evening.

Posh chain bar with fantastic vine list and good interiors. Excellent for an after work gathering or a cosy chit chat if that's what you are after. The high ceiling open space will cater for both. It gets loud at times but after a couple of pints you can't complain.

A short walk from the various transport links and ideal for the ICC and Arena Birmingham. Have previously had to wait a while for food service but has always been good quality when it has arrived. Everything you'd expect from an All Bar One.

Went for works Christmas do. I know it's in town but prices are a bit steep.( As a lot of bars in the area). Some staff were a little unfriendly. Smile.and be pleasant folks. It's a good way to increase your tips.

This place is awesome for bigger groups of people and celebrations during weekends. It can get really busy and loud in the evenings, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. However, this bar offers a great selection of drinks and they also cook pretty nice meals (including breakfasts, the usual but good burgers, or even the unusual, sometimes spicy dishes). This bar is my favorite in the city thanks to its vivid atmosphere and convenience.

Upon arrival, we went to the bar and a pleasant lady started to serve us with drinks. She was mid way through when a waiter came out from the back and told us in an aggressive tone that it was all table service and go and sit down. A debate ensued between the two staff members and we felt a bit like naughty school boys being told off. Felt sorry for the girl who was obviously trying to give good service. The man kept barging in front of her to get drinks and banging glasses about. We got our drinks and sat down, then the manager a guy called Martin came over to listen to our complaint. He was very apologetic and offered us a free round of drinks to try and make sure we still had a happy day He said the problem waiter would be spoken to in-house A great save by your manager! Thank you.

I had to suggest myself getting a pint of Peroni as an alternative (surely they should have come up with this idea!?). Finally got my pint of Peroni, but had to pay 75p extra (fair enough, but you'd think they'd have offered this gratis based on the faffing about so far!?). And to finally top this off, the barman couldn't get into the till to get me my change. I let him keep it in the end, so I could salvage the remainder of my lunch break - lol! A nice venue with great food, but if your barstaff are clueless - it kind of ruins the effect!
