Cheaper than I expected for cocktails, and the cocktails were a decent strength. The staff are very nice and professional. They currently check your covid pass before entry (which to me is a good thing but that'll be subjective). A bit stag/hen-y so avoid if you're not into big groups of lads or women knocking about.

This year I have been tasked with organising my works Christmas party, after such a tough couple of years with the pandemic we wanted to make it a really great one. I popped in to All Bar One, Piccadilly Arcade and was greeted by very happy staff which instantly put me at ease. I explained what I was enquiring about and immediately 'Bethany' appeared, introduced herself and lead me to a comfortable seating area to discuss what I needed further. Bethany was so helpful and could not do enough to ensure the evening I was planning was perfect. Thank you Bethany, we are all looking forward to our evening at All Bar One!

Busy on a weekday, which is rare in Birmingham. Drinks selection is fab, music is lighthearted. Atmosphere is second to none, even though its underground it still has a upmarket feel. Ended up going twice the same week of my first visit. It isnt cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I LOVE this bar and every other woman I know does too. Happy hour is about 6 hours long and they do every sort of cocktail that you could ever imagine. You have to book a table and pay a deposit at almost any point of the day if you don't want to stand but this is refundable through drinks so it all works out .

AMAZING place! Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff and a very decent happy hour of buy one get one free. A nice warm welcome upon arrival. Loud, bold and brash - it absolutely is what it is and there's nothing wrong with that. Fun venue. Like most within the chain it's often very busy, but there's more than enough staff on hand to ensure the waiting times aren't excessive. Huge range of cocktails so there will be something for everybody. Has cocktail making masterclasses that personally I'd say it's too loud for, but that really depends on the group you're with. Signature cocktail as part of the Birmingham Cocktail Weekend was delicious

Staff were very friendly, and extremely interactive to the point you feel like ordering more drinks just to chat with them more. The atmosphere was very lively and fun. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad place. The bouncers were good and the bar staff were friendly, and did a good job. The place is way too crowded, very little room and difficult to stop your drink getting knocked out of your hand. People were barging about,very uncomfortable experience. One person had passed out on the floor, but the bouncers responded quickly. People were very drunk, it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. I'm not sure that I'll be back, and wouldn't really recommend a visit here. Maybe a weekday evening visit would be better, I don't know. I think it's an accident waiting to happen!!

Great venue for late night drinking, friendly crowd and not moody at all. Really easy to get served despite being really busy. Friendly staff - the only criticism I have is that I had to remove my baker boy hat before going in but the door staff asked really politely. I just highlight this point as it is nice to be able to wear a smart hat as part of your outfit but I do understand different places have different dress code policies.

Decided to go here as the cocktail menu looked good. My wife has had some bad news recently with a diagnosis and needed a good night out. Absolutely awesome night, great cocktails, great staff, great atmosphere, and great service! There was a mistake with 1 order but Ben rectified this by taking the drinks off the bill for us. Aaron was great, entertained the whole bar! Kissh (sorry if mis-spelled) was attentive and again was entertaining. This is the night out we needed after a horrible few weeks.

Great cocktail bar with loads of options on the menu. There is a large dance floor and a separate room at the back which plays different music to the main area. It's right by the entrance to New Street station so travel in to be at one is very easy. It stays open till 4 a.m. and there's always a fantastic atmosphere even on some of the week days. There is a small separate smoking area on the outside by the front door.

Very busy when I visited. We had to queue to get in, but had some banter with the security guys, which passed the time. Inside it's hectic, noisy and hard work getting to the bar, but you should expect all of that from a nightclub and the bar staff were working very hard to make the waiting time as little as possible. As I'm getting on the old side for these places I preferred it in the smaller room at the back, where my 3 friends and I had a bit of bother with a fellow guest that had had too much Christmas spirit. The security staff knew what was going on before I did and dispatched the culprit swiftly. Well run venue!!!

Happy hour cocktails on a Saturday afternoon are really good value with tonnes of variety so I can't fault in that respect but the queues are insanely long (40 minutes minimum) and seating is few and far between due to reservations.

Now it seems as though the DJ caters for what people like ... so it the crowd is enjoying the music, he sticks to that genre. Hardly plays any hip hop and RnB and when he does, it's towards the end of the night when the club is closing

We went in in the middle of the daytime, the place was utterly deserted but he was very passive aggressive with us about a half drunk bottle of Evian not being allowed in. However, I cannot speak very highly of their cocktails AT ALL. We ordered two pina coladas and a strawberry daiquiri which arrived as 'slushies,' had very limited flavour and unfortunately tasted very watered down. Other than that, it's a nice night out!

Otherwise cocktails are standard Birmingham prices If you want to guarantee a table then it's best to reserve a table, unless you get in there early as it fills up fast and you will end up standing It can also get a bit of a backlog at the bar, so you may have to wait to be served, although they do take multiple drinks orders at once, which can speed it up

After our experience of dirty martini this place felt 5 stars. The staff were happy engaging and funny. The clientelle were beautiful the door staff friendly and funny. The cocktails were sublime. My female friend chose a jet pilot which contained absinthe. On my out crossing vrand central i felt i was travelling at mach2 sliding across the tiles. This place is a must if you are travelling to birmingham. I cannot sing the praises of be at one enough.

It's a pretty standard hole in the floor bar, playing party music from 90s onwards eras, went on a Friday night and it was completely rammed including a few trouble makers unfortunately, great door staff though. Be warned drinks are pricey there, £17 for a Vodka Lemonade and a Double Kraken and Coke.

Came here at about 7pm on a friday night and was rammed. And music was very loud reminded me of a posh walk about but at 2 in the morning. I thought i was reather classy and drinks menu was great. And clearly saw other very drunk people who shouldnt be served more still drinking. I wouldnt let this experience put me off trying again.

Despite the initial delay to be seated; scuffling with a pair of senior salesmen and their 'stepson', our overall experience at Be At One Birmingham was delightful. Our Christmas Chrimbellinis fizzed Christmas cheer as we watched a gaggle of middle aged women relive the youth they never had, stroking the ‘Italian’ barman’s forearm, ogling him since the first shake of their woo woos. Morgan rolled her eyes. However, you did run out of banana foam and, in doing so, you denied the most obvious yet reluctant couple of the party the prospect of sampling a banoffee pie old fashioned. Santa’s naughty sack unloaded all over the assistant manager’s night, walking in a spiced walnut winter land until 2.30am. Staggering, a novelty snowman tie dangled from his forehead, no doubt not belonging to him. A misunderstood French exit enabled the soon to be ex Christmas temp to scurry off. A former Christmas temp who recently got robbed in Bolivia, dropped his second pint onto the floor, having only managed to take one customary bar sip. Morgan rolled her eyes, again. We longed for your fake retro gaming lights and superficial brass turned knobs as soon as we arrived in spoons. It just wasn’t the same. Admittedly, it was a lot cheaper and provided just as much alcohol and was surprisingly much quicker service, but that’s not the point. You had heavy based tables. They weren’t going to be rocked in a hurry, not a chance. You provided the sturdy base to a night of smiles. Thanks Be At One Birmingham.

I've stretched to 3 stars for Be At One but that's mainly due to one person behind the bar. I've never seen anyone successfully deal with three drinks orders at the same time in a busy, noisy bar. And he always knew who was next - no idiots waving tenners jumping the queue.. Without that the place would score two stars, but if you're looking for somewhere in the middle of Birmingham with a late license you could do far worse. Anywhere on Broad Street for example!
