Reviews of Bell Harborne
N. D.
Love this pub. Was last here 18 years ago and delighted to report that not much has changed. 300 yr old pub, with extended seating next to a bowling green and adjacent to a very pretty church. What more can you want?!. A good selection of ales, and I'm told the food is good. Still a friendly place with loyal locals. Splendid.
I. C.
Lovely pub, excellent ale and extremely friendly service. Tasty but not home made tomato and basil soup. Perfect chips but the chicken schnitzel was obviously deep fried in the same chip pan. Supposed to be beaten flat, but greasy, thick and overcooked.
Be good if the hand drier worked in the Gents toilet, but overall a lovely pub to drink if not eat much beyond a sandwich.

Really characteristic lovely old pub tucked away near a church in Harborne. Sat outside having a girlie catch up as the weather was glorious. Plenty of outdoor seating arranged around what looked like a bowling green. Salads were amazing and the ice cold Peroni's too. Although the pub filled up (it was a Friday afternoon/early evening) we were able to keep our table for 4 hours, well we do like to chat haha. Cheerful, quick and excellent service, you carry your own drinks from the bar which I feel is much more efficient, well done 👏

Hadn't been here in a few years due to moving away from the area, but, definitely no disappointment on our return visit.
Food was amazing, as always, and the staff very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed it so much we popped back today for lunch with our young grandaughter.
Her children's fish meal went down an absolute treat along with dessert.
Was really nice that Fran remembered us and even better the staff went out of their way to spend a few minutes talking with our very chatty four year old Miss.
Well done Fran and team, always a pleasure.

Went for Sunday lunch for the first time today it was OK,if I'm not mistaken it was instant mash (never a good thing) no apple sauce with the pork and didn't get our jug of gravey which it needed, but it was edible, probability won't rush back for Sunday lunch but will try somthing else off the menu.

Love this pub it's a good size and outside space is lovely. It's served good reasonably priced food. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is family friendly but sometimes the other customers look less enthused depending what time you go :/ (we have a very quite baby who is generally very well behaved ATM) but generally day time late afternoon we've been fine and they have facilities and staff are fine. Has some interesting desserts. I always have scampi and chips 👍

great place to meet, eat and drink. friendly staff. Was there 13/2 for a sunday lunch, a bit later in the afternoon, so a couple of options were not available . Never the less, lovely lunch was had. A great pub to sit outside at in the summer.

First time visiting. Veggie platter - Lovely! Best espresso martinis I've had! The espresso brownie was delicious!
Outdoor area is lovely. Friendly staff. Only downside - Bit of a rubbish system where we got kicked off our table by a customer claiming he had the table reserved every Thursday (no sign on the table), would have been nicer if staff had let us know and moved us rather than being confronted by some rude bloke telling us not to order pudding 🤔
D. U.
Love this pub. It was my local when i lived in Harborne in 1977. Went back home to Australia. Finally got back for a visit in July 2019. Still beautiful. Hope you still do those fish pies, best i've ever tasted!
C. M.
Great service, the waitress always has a welcoming smile, lovely food, good value for money.
M. H.
Had a lovely Sunday roast and the stuffing was the best I have tasted in a long time. Definitely worth a visit. Tucked away in lovely corner of Harborne you could even forget you were in Birmingham.

Pre booked a table for Mother's Day Sunday lunch to take my 88 year old mother. We were shown to our table but my mother wasn't happy or comfortable so I asked if we could move, they were really busy but they kindly showed us to a another table. Our Sunday roast came just how we had ordered it and it was delicious my mother enjoyed it and that is a compliment as she would agree herself that she is fussy. The service was amazing, they went above and beyond and the food was delicious. Will definetly be going there again.
S. V.
Roast was beautifully cooked though they were very stingy with the gravy and they had run completely out of stuffing so my roast lacked that. Absolutely lovely set up in the garden though. Hopefully they will sort the gravy/stuffing rationing out soon, since it was the first week back post lockdown! I'm sure I'll be back!

A great place. Countryside feel that's close by. Friendly staff, good ranges of beers, with a great outdoor area and decent pub food.
N. J.
Great old-style pub but still very clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is excellent - closer to restaurant than pub standard, in my opinion.
B. R.
What an interesting little pub. Probably has an interesting history, will look it up. Nice outside space. Good place on a nice quiet sunny day.
T. H.
Having visited the Bell several other times for a meal we returned for Sunday lunch my companion had the vegetarian option
MY meal was very good a pork roast with crackling and gravy before leaving I had a word with a staff member to thank them for the meal and service rendered
T. L.
Cute little pub in the lovely area of Harborne. Pretty discrete! It's not a pub you'd find unless you knew of it beforehand and for this reason it tends to only attract local people. Great as there aren't any of those loud folk you tend to find in your 'spoons'. Warm and welcoming, friendly staff. Smallish seating area inside and outdoors. Cannot fault this place.
I. P.
Great meals, not like the usual meals at harvester or sizzling. Bit more countryfied lovely bowling green. Nice location. Great on a warm summers evening.......New menu April 2022...
N. H.
Small pub very busy with Sunday Lunch. Staff very polite beer good 👍
B. K.
Great local pub that has been around for generations and continues to be an awesome place. Food is good, especially for sharing, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots of area at the back for big and small groups, definitely recommended for a few pints!
G. N.
Lovely secluded pub just outside Harborne, a short walk from the Main Street. Food was lovely, decent portions and great value for money. Staff attentive, happy & friendly, cosy atmosphere, country pub feel to it... will definitely be back!
S.
Went for a drink on a Friday night loved it. Atmosphere was buzzing, plenty of people in and was just lovely to be in a pub after covid. Really lovely night out.
H. M.
Great food, friendly staff, reasonable prices and a lovely location, highly recommend!
C. W.
A top pub! Cosy inside and nice to sit in the sun outside. You wouldn't know your were in Birmingham.
S. S.
Great company, food and beer. Staff really welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.
L. D.
Joined a friend for coffee only on my first visit. Nice environment, great staff, menu looked varied and good, will definitely visit again.
A. M.
Best local pub in the area. Nice atmosphere, good for a night out with friends or family. Prices are not high and the staff is friendly.
A. C.
The cutest little pub, the atmosphere is great and you really feel at home. Inside is perfect for a cold winter evening and all the outdoor seating perfect for summer. The Sunday quiz is really fun too, I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a village kind of vibe.
b. .. s.
Great pub, friendly. Not intrusive. Serve great beers, ale's and good is so nice. I come Here as a treat with my family... Or if I'm with my close friends. Great pub.
P. B.
Sometimes when you think of a city pub, a sleek design with an industrial attitude comes to mind.
The Bell is none of those things, it could be a country pub. It is a cavern of nooks and crannies, the type of place where you could find yourself with a pint of bitter next to a fire. Or a refreshing gin and tonic while enjoying the sun watching the lawn green bowls in arguably the best beer garden in Birmingham.
My recommendation is that you go and discover it for yourself.
T. H.
Lovely little pub and very friendly staff. Had a quick cider definitely would go back.
D. E.
Spot on. Went a nice pint. Ended up having 5 and getting a taxi home though. Be prepared to get comfy lol..
N. H.
Small and intimate village pub. Situated in the windy back road of Harborne and St Peters church. The pub puts on a fair array of beers and a roast on Sunday.
K. C.
Very warm and welcoming,With a lovely atmosphere,Well worth a visit,Good value for money when it comes to dinning out.
J. F.
Fantastic pub. Has a nice outdoor seating area where you can watch bowls.
Wish they had a few more cask ales but everything else was so good I'm still giving 5 stars.
J. C.
Visited when out door dining is the only possibly.
Negatives. (Have to be picky to come up with these)
* Had to chase an app-bought food and drink once. (Positive was that was dealt with super fast)
* Glasses held a little close to brim considering pandemic (positive, cutlery have to take from tray yourself so I think likely a momentary lapse)
* A number of wasps buzzing around table. Seems like going on and out of gents toilet wall, perhaps worth keeping an eye on.
* No peppercorn sauce (DISASTER!! 😂) So had to order something different!
* Only genuine complaint - smoking outside. Given that normally when indoors slnon-smokers can avoid smoking areas, it would be good to split a seated smoking area up from dining areas
Positives
* Food was fantastic
* Beer was great
*Staff were fantastic. Polite, friendly, attentive absolutely cannot fault them.
Absolutely a 5* experience, can't fault them really! Was a lovely time and would absolutely visit again!
A. M.
Lovely place to relax and have a drink and chat. Relaxing atmosphere. However. I ordered my usual gammon steak unfortunately it was a bit dry and slightly tougher then it ought to be. I noticed the steak was very thin as opposed to the steaks I've had before which were absolutely lovely. So come on the bell up your game. Stop buying cheap. If this happens again they will lose our custom. I realize pubs have to make up for the Mon ey they have lost. But please not at your customers expense.
S. D.
Nice traditional pub in a scenic, quiet area with very friendly staff. The outdoor area is spacious and clean. Draught beers very reasonably priced. Would recommend the Smokey Joe burger, the brisket is spectacular. Also dog friendly! Dealing with covid protocols was very painless.
A. B.
Tried to walk in a few weeks ago but there was no tables available unfortunately. Pre-booked and returned 2 weeks later and had an amazing time. Team were really lovely and at one point someone offered to move us to a different table in our own room because we were a little crowded. Food and drinks amazing.
Only minor complaint was that the food orders closed earlier than we expected and without warning so we didn't get to order more sides/ desert like we were planning.
D. B.
Lovely pub. Great atmosphere. Nice chat with great friends
D. D.
Food was great, service was great everyone laughing and joking, defo going back
D. M.
Fantastic hidden gem in harbourne
Cosy inside, plenty of outdoor seating with heaters for chilly nights, great in summer time.
J. L.
Great place for food and a drink. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, will definitely return
W. W.
A lovely country pub in the city. Great staff, food and drink!
T. C.
Nice food benji was a lovely young man. Very helpful and professional young man.
W. C.
Lovely little pub, next to a bowls green with great atmosphere, good pints, extensive outdoor seating!
D. V.
Meat pie was rock hard, needed a hammer and chisel rather than knife a fork. We all thought portion size was a little bit on the small side. But good quality.
M. G.
Been there many times but this review is particularly regarding Saturday 17th April 2021. The food was great but a special mention to the service which was fantastic. Table service throughout due to COVID but my group and I were never left without a drink. Really attentive and on the ball staff. Thanks for a great afternoon 👍
R. G.
Fantastic experience when I popped in for a delicious meal and tasty pint after a long day at work and my visit was made even better by the fantastic service Rachel provided waiting on me wonderfully to which I couldn't have asked for more, Made my day truly exquisite
N. S.
Quaint old pub only serving areas no actual bar .2rooms very popular the plus is the bowling green in back and to side large out door space and warm area and bar at the back closed in area also .very popular every time I've been roast dinner on Sundays .dogs allowed only out side areas .mature trees around and church next door ..
C. E.
My first time there. Didn't have any food on this occasion, although the menu looks great so will be returning. Staff were very friendly and efficient at keeping everywhere clean
J. B.
Excellent little pub in a quiet location makes you feel like your outside of a city.very reasonable prices and as for the food is spot on every time.staff always go that extra mile to ensure you feel welcome
S. S.
I've ate here quite a few times with friends. The food isn't the usual pub fare, it is lovely and excellent quality.
The staff are great, plenty of choices of wines, etc.
There is outdoor seating and a bowling green.
Parts of the pub date back 300 years and used to be a coaching inn. It is next door the an old, still used church which has a graveyard. The Bell is supposed to be haunted, I'd like to experience something, it would be interesting!
A. S.
Lovely local pub. Sit outside if possible and watch the bowls green as you eat. Had a blast there this evening, and Simone is an absolute star.
I. H.
Great pub, great beer selection and good food. Outside in the sun with a game of bowls in the background. What's not to like
M. M.
Quaint pub tucked away in Harborne, away from the hustle and bustle.
L. M.
Great pub hidden away in a corner of Harborne.
F. H.
Nice traditional pub which good real ale
D. S.
Good beer but they no longer sell a Mild!!
P. C.
Cosy quaint traditional pub with a friendly feel about it. Nice staff and food too. Booked for Christmas Day Meal as it is one of my favourite pubs in Harborne. Need i say more!! ( August 2019 )
A follow up to the above comment as I had the Xmas meal today( 25/12/19 )and it was fabulous 10/10*.
Couldn't have asked for better the staff, food, service and we had a nice cozy table by the window with plenty of room. But the food was outstanding and beautifully cooked with the mains in particular especially the salmon and fillet of beef. Loved the Chocolate Salty Caramel Bar too!! Staff were brilliant and didn't rush us. I will be booking for next year now as in my eyes this is the best Xmas day dinner I have had in Harborne!!
Thanks again The Bell.
M. M.
Tucked away amongst a bendy road nestled between a church and school the perfect quaint hideaway 'village' pub with immaculate bowling green, generous seating outside with shade the interior has charm and full of character Great menu choices to satisfy every taste ice cold draught lager perfect lunch for friends & fellow foodies, quality well cooked ingredients good size portions fair pricing
Quick service from attentitive staff
Tables can be booked in advance
😊🌟
M. G.
Great pub, atmosphere and food . Staff are friendly and helpful. We go to the Bell regularly and have not found another pub to compare. Thoroughly recommend the Bell outdoors or indoors.
s. b.
Hadn't been here for a while but very impressed nice cosy pub plenty of outside space for eating and drinking very pleasant staff and reasonable prices and very clean.
C. P.
A small and lovely pub with a brilliant atmosphere. With amazing staff and a manager who can effectively sort out all problems. Even with all the problems being faced through Covid 19 the pub has made the best they can from the pandemic and made everyone feel safe and welcome
A. P.
Lovely setting, really good quality for pub food. Staff were friendly. Outside area was well covered to protect us from the rain.
A. J.
Nice outside area to sit and catch up with friends.
M. F.
Absolute fantastic place recently celebrated my fathers 80th birthday there with family couldn’t ask for anything better for him. Food excellent, staff 1st class, very welcoming and friendly even other guests joined in to wish him happy birthday. The whole evening was a complete success one he will never forget. Thank you the bell
R. O.
Great cozy atmosphere, we had a rather large and tasty meal - the calamari were very good. I loved that one of the rooms was being used by a knitting group. Thanks to Faye and the rest of the staff, we will definitely come back again =)
b. m.
Our food was incredible and the bar staff were so helpful and polite they really went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed.
E. B.
Put simply, it's Birmingham's best kept secret. A beautiful, quaint pub in a secluded part of Harborne and a world away from all the noises of a busy city. Crown bowls played at the back is against the backdrop of St Peter's Church - you couldn't wish for a more pleasant setting. It's more in keeping with a countryside getaway and gives new meaning to the word tranquility. Definitely worth a visit. 👍
C. W.
Solid pub grub. Friendly staff, popular place even on a Thursday evening so possibly worth booking ahead to secure a table. Limited gluten free menu, but at least there is one, and plenty of tasty sounding plant based alternatives.
P. L.
Came here based on a recommendation for food! I had the pork and ale sausages and mash and the other half had Beef Bourguignon and both meals were amazing even stayed for desert - to the chef; thanks for the amazing food. To the staff; thanks for being so friendly, warming and professional especially Faye. Cheers everyone will be back again soon 👍😀
S. S.
Lovely atmosphere, good drunk and great food. Sitting outside it feels like you are in the countryside and not so close to a city!
i. s.
What a diamond of a pub makes you feel like you have stepped back in time to a country village pub with a bowling green and village church as a backdrop alas we are in Harborne still it will make you forget the rat race stunning, beer and food is great as are the staff try it
B. C.
Fabulous old style pub, had Sunday lunch there, good selection of meat and veg with extra helpings of roast potatoes. Too full for a pudding but we had a selection of the mini puds to share. Helpful and friendly staff even though they were rushed off their feet. Would definitely go back.
P. T.
very nice food, great covid-19 rules in place. order on my pub app and drinks brought to your table. staff are very friendly and helpful also very polite. would recommend this place for food and cleanliness no problem.
P. N.
Really good food. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff!
B. P.
Visited the Bell for Friday lunch. Bar staff good polite and friendly. All main menus were out on table but none of the £6 lunch menus which we had to ask for. Food was quick and well presented on stylish plates. The hunters chicken and chips filled the plate but the disappointment was the chicken that seemed to be reformed rubbery chicken that I hadn't seen served anywhere for years. I had the super salad with sliced chicken again rubbery. This dish seemed small compared to the hunters chicken plate. The drinks on offer were good with a glass of 175mm house red, white or rose at £2.50. All pubs should offer the 125mm size but some don't show it on the drinks menu but it is required by law. The draught beers were good around £4 a pint and they even had Blue Moon. The pub has been refurbished and is very pleasant with good choice if colours and fabrics. If it wasn't for the chicken it would have been worth 4 stars as we had a very enjoyable afternoon.
R. S.
Great pub, a real hidden jem. I went today for tha first time and loved it. Lovely beer garden, relaxed atmosphere, nice range of beers, ales and food. I'll definitely be coming again.
A. M.
Had some food and drinks here. Sharer platter was generously sized and very yummy. The bar is almost in the hallway, very old back in the day pub feel. Is the 4th oldest pub in Birmingham FYI, so has a bit of history about it.l too!
T. G.
Lovely old pub with decent food and drink
P. &. F. L.
To all the staff and management at the Bell. Me and Faye along with our guests would like to say a massive thank you for hosting our sit down meal and reception last night. We all had an amazing time and all the food came out hot, tasty and delicious. We cannot thank you enough everyone was really helpful to make our day really special, you al went above and beyond especially Fran, Elle and Tina. All our love Mr & Mrs Lees
M. M.
Great garden and efficient staff good selection of drinks and an amazing bowls green next to it,situated next to the church,I would recommend this place highly.
B.
A hidden gem off the beaten track. Stumbled across this place during a photo shoot. Bar staff were lovely. Fish and chips was better than most places in birmingham including The Physician. Has arguably the best outdoor section I’ve seen being placed next to a bowling green and a church. Couldn’t appreciate it as much on account of me coming at night. And very clean toilets.
P. S.
Eat here with the GF for Sunday roast and it was amazing. I’ve not had one in a pub for a while and by far was the quality and the amount you got on the plate fantastic. No need for a carvery when you have this place at a smashing price as well.
C. B.
Quiet. Not much atmosphere anymore
C. S.
Lovely little gem secreted in the heart of Harborne. Untouched building, not spoilt. Outside seating area some seats under cover next to bowling green. Great food menu. Popular Sunday roasts.
D. T.
Went here for my first pint after lockdown. Covid measures in place were perfect. Really well thought out. You’re greeted at the entrance and offered to use an automated hand sanitiser station, you’re shown the designated entrance and exit for the one way system. Plenty of space to allow for social distancing. I had a really nice tome!
I. C.
Nice friendly pub, with great food and beverage.
T. K.
Like a country pub in the heart if suburbia in Birmingham. Nice food and atmosphere.
G. K.
Came here for a spot of fish and chips on the suggestion of one of my Harborne-based pals. The Bell is a traditional pub and certainly has a good rustic charm to it, with an excellent ambience. The bar area is extremely pokey (which actually adds to charm) which means that if lots of people are queueing up it can get quite tight!
The food came quickly and my scampi tasted very nice, although the portions of mushy peas and tartare sauce were slightly smaller than I might have liked!
All in all an excellent evening and I'll definitely be coming again!
M. Y. O. B.
Great local pub that's unchanged for maybe 100 years. One of the only pubs in the UK built on consecrated ground. Still has a bowling green at the back, overlooked by the 13th church tower that the Normans tacked onto the Saxon church. Good beer and friendly people. Food is typical pub grub. Small and gets busy so call them if you want a table.
P. G.
Good old British Inn in Harborne. Has lunch menu with main for £6:00. Not cramped inside but has large outside seating area with canopies and umbrella. Good food but not especially cheap with good sized portions. Small parking area out front. Bowling green attached so pleasant area to sit outside. Recommended for visit if in area. Open from 11:30 til late.
A. P.
Lovely outdoor area makes the pub a lot bigger than it initially looks. Decent food and a great selection of wines / gins. Definitely one for the summer!
C. C.
Came here for £6 lunch. Very pleasant. Friendly helpful staff. Level access. Toilet outside in beer garden at back, also level access and path is under cover (it was raining, so this was important!). Blue badge parking in front of pub.
H. E.
Delicous meal, spotlessly clean pub.
G. H.
Best pub in Harborne, maybe even Birmingham! It's as comfortable as being in your own home, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the pub is quaint and cosy. The beer garden is great in summer, you really feel as if you are in the countryside when you are there.
C. W.
It's a busy place with the smallest bar I've ever seen. Standing at the bar isn't an option if that's what you usually do.
There is a good selection of draught drinks which are slightly on the pricey side, but this delightful little pub has a lovely rustic charm, and the atmosphere and surroundings make it all worthwhile.
We didn't eat here when we visited but the menu looks to be on the gastro pub side and there was no shortage of people ordering food.
Outside to the rear is a beer garden with a bowling green which gets particularly busy when the sun is shining.
If you are looking for a little gem to rival the Plough. This place is certainly worth a visit.
We will be going again.
S. N.
Amazing service from Fran and the team - the food is amazing and the boules green looks great. Will be back! X
T. “. R.
Lovely old pub set in a beautiful position next to the church. Walking to the toilet must be one of the nicest pub walks you could take. The church on the right and then pass the bowling green. Unbelievable on an Autumn night. 😎😎
C. B.
always good food and guiness, in a lovely setting in a lovely part of harborne, good service too!
L. C.
Very nice traditional pub, lovely location. We went there for Sunday lunch which was very good. Friendly helpful and efficient staff. Will definitely visit again.
A. B.

K. M.
Delicious Sunday roast, plenty of seating inside and out
J. Q.
Lovely cosy pub friendly staff nice to sit out in the garden on a sunny day
t. e.
Regular locals are fantastic- Chris & Cherry!! Staff are VERY pleasant & interactive!! Everything you'd expect from a small quaint pub!! Atmosphere is TOP NOTCH!! Keep up the good work!!
R. B.
Lovely little pub, tucked away with a quaint beer garden. Great ales and delicious food. Book in early on a Sunday to avoid the disappointment of missing the wonderful Sunday lunch.
M. K.
Great atmosphere. Effective outdoor heaters. Enjoyable starter and main course. The apple crumble dessert was disappointing but they were happy to refund it
N. N.
The bell is our 'local', even though it's not the closest pub to us. It's not rough or pretentious. Good selection of drinks, but not overwhelming. Feels like you're not in Birmingham, but it's not out of touch. Come for a drink in the sun or a warming red wine in the winter. Literally the Goldilocks of pubs!
B.
Very friendly, local feeling traditional pub. Indoor seating but also pub seating for drinks only. Outdoor seating overlooking bowling green. Good food and very good selection of premium lagers on draft.
S. G.
Bit of a hidden gem this one as it's a little off the beaten track of the usual trek through Harborne. Cosy inside and an excellent patio and bowling area to the rear gives the place a country feel to the pub. Well worth a visit, but keep it to yourself as we don't want it spoilt by excessive numbers of punters ?!!!
C.
This is the most lovely pub in Harborne and my favourite in Birmingham. Lovely old coaching house, good food, nice outdoor seating. Beautiful views of 13th century church.
L. R.
Lovely place. Really relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful outside area featuring a bowling green and beautiful church. Outside area has a sheltered, heated seating area as well as outside dining area.
M. K.
Lovely spot for a pub lunch
D. M.
Excellent food and a fantastic service.
Great cosy country pub with an awesome beer garden, and if that isn't enough they have a bowling green to use too...
Fantastic pub i fully recommend it.
E. c.
Always friendly and welcoming without fail. The young lady serving was a breath of fresh air, she was most attentive and polite. Hope her legal studies in Leeds go well.
K. O.
Great service and food. I love the outdoor area of the Bell its like a little country pub.
s. c.
Disappointed don't sell mild any more staff great food mediocre the place is a great venue for getting together
C. E.
Very good. Great pub, great food & service.
L. M.
Chicken Tikka Masala was delicious.
Feels like a country pub in the middle of the city.
a. s.
Seems like a country village pub but in the close proximity.....20 mins car journey of Birmingham City Centre. ...great bowling green next to main pub..see pictures with the tower of St Peters Church right next to the green...beautiful warm summer evening here tonight. .busy with customers..eating area outside most under cover over looking bowling game on green...food looks great...see menue pictures .....very reasonable prices..bar staff friendly and welcoming. .indoor seating for year round use...decor as country pub style white uneven walls..wooden beams..brasses etc...warm and cosy I guess in autumn and winter.
I recommend you visit here.
P. W.
Great food and friendly staff
L. s.
Nice pub stunning garden out the back food is lovely..only downside is size of bar its so small and theres not much choice on the menu for youngsters.

Great pint of real ale, beautiful bowling green/garden and excellent staff.
S. H.
The closest I've been to a village pub in Birmingham. Sat next to the church it has its own bowling green and a club that goes back generations. The bar is about 3 foot long and situated in the arterial entrance often causing congestion. Having said that, there's few better places to spend a Summer evening than the beer garden.
T. f.
The Bell in rural Harborne is an old public house nestling next to a Christian church dating back and mentioned in the doomsday book..... Lovely pub usual prices you think your in the middle of the country side expect to queue at bar if you're a drinker but a must if you are!!!
M. V.
Lovely old fashioned pub with good food and lovely cozy atmosphere. Parking can be a challenge. And I'd recommend booking for food as it can get busy.
A. D.

Hope the brewery and area manager respects that.
Only they could not do the job and keep the business.
Thank you.
