dined in the backyard as the weather was so nice today! seven people ordered two large mixed grill and three curries and the portions was enough to make us all stuffed. my favorite was paneer tikka masala 👍🏻

Hands down one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. Words can't do it justice, but I'll try anyway. The food quality was phenomenal, as were the portion sizes and surprisingly cheap cost! Atmosphere was great too with awesome style / design throughout the restaurant. My only minor criticism is the car park is a bit tight to navigate. A decent amount of car parking spaces though. Overall, top marks without a doubt. Thank you!

One of the best best Indian mix grills we have had. Th portions are huge and prices very reasonable. The place is like an English pub but th food is Indian grills, and curries. The bread rice and everything we ordered were all fresh and great tasting

Prompt, polite and efficient service, only lacking a smile. Very clean and tidy. Sizzling, well spiced mixed grill ranging from perfect lamb chops, very well cooked chicken through to dry kebabs. Very generous portion. Excellent value for money but without any atmosphere.

I've drove past many times. Called in at lunchtime. Had a medium mixed grill curry rice and nan with two drinks. It was about £26 I was very pleased with my meal. It was good quality chicken. Not like other grills I've been too. I will definitely be eating here again in the near future.

Great pub very nice family Freindly atmosphere with amazing mixed grill type food! Service is super fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. We sat in the rear conservatory room which has wide-screen TV for watching sporting events. Outdoor area looks nice and I can only assume it would be fantastic setting for beer garden weather then the sun is shining.

Went to treat mum for mothers day, group of 6, extremely popular place ,I'd book to be on safe side, parking hardly any spaces on pub grounds but ok on roads nearby. Order drinks at bar and food ordered at a hatch, paid upfront. Food was amazing and portions were massive, everyone seemed to be going out with doggy bags.... What a surprise. The old Hillyfields public house is now an Indian restaurant. And very good it is too. Great food reasonably priced. The inside renovated to a very high standard. I would book to ensure you get a table. Very popular and thoroughly recommended.

Went here to celebrate Fathers Day and it was a very warming experience. The staff were friendly and courteous. The food tasted great and for vegetarians you won't feel limited to what you can eat here as there is a range of dishes to choose from.

My visit gave me mixed reactions. I went with 6 others for a curry. Starters were sizzling tandoori grills. These were very good. After we had crrries. I had a balti lamb dish. This was extremely salty and I was unable to finish it. I complained and the response was to awful. The person tried to tell me it could not be true as it was the same as other meals. My friends agreed with me that it was awful. After this response I declined a replacement. I left disappointed.

I went mid week for a meal with a friend expecting it to be quiet. It was actually very busy which is a good sign i guess. The service was great and the staff were friendly and courteous. The food was excellent and the staff service was great. I had some food left over and a staff member, Megha was kind enough to put the food in take away containers for me. This was a very nice gesture and overall I am happy to leave a 5 star rating.

We order takeaways via Deliveroo regularly and the food and service has always been great in the past. However, we were extremely disappointed last night to find that the naan breads had been cut rather than folded and there were pieces of them missing from our order! It also appeared that the naans were a mismatch of different ones as none of the pieces fitted together. 😞

Really impressed with this place. The food quality was great, service could be brushed up on. Our waiter didn’t come with smiles but the food made up for it! The sauces came in bottles so didn’t have to bother anyone to bring more. We came purely for the food and we weren’t disappointed. Recommend by friends, we went for the butter chicken and chicken jalfrezi. Plus Chicken wings and chicken tikka accompanied by chilli chips. Jalfrezi was really well flavoured, plenty of tender chicken breasts, sauce was mopped up nicely was the garlic naan, the spice level could have been spicier. I’ll know for next time to ask for a few extra green chillies. Butter chicken really creamy, very delicious, not sickly sweet like some places I have been too. Plenty of Tender chicken thighs. I deffo re order for next time. Chilli chips, not really that special could do with paying a little more attention on. Overall, really glad I came. I will be coming over again when I’m next in the area.

Fantastic tasty food. The staff are very friendly which brings a great atmosphere. The outside area is such a lovely addition to the Copper Fox Grill. We ate out with Family and the team were so accommodating and still keeping within the guidelines. We have eaten out several times since May and this place, is by far the best for not only food but also not feeling rushed and with nothing being to much trouble. Many thanks Copper Fox Grill.

Nice friendly place and the staff are polite. The decore and layout is very good. The pints and drinks were fantastic. I tried the starters only. The fish(cod) was very tasty but lacked any heat, no spice! But soon realised that all the starters had no spice or kick. I didn't like the sheesh kebab because of the coriander seed. I was very busy so the tables didn't get cleared. I will be going back to try something different.

Good use of an old pub and very nicely done. Was very busy which I think says a lot and the food and service were good. The extended glass seating area is a great addition as it creates a lot overspill space should the main seating areas be full or pre-booked. I would recommend for a casual tikka meal.

Having been to some of the best Indian Mixed grills in London and Birmingham, I have to say this one is one of the best. It used to be a rundown pub called The Hilly fields and was good in its day. Now it is retro pub “The Copperfox” Have been to SohoTavern, The Red Cow, and The Grove this beats them all with an amazing new décor and mixed grill. Nothing goes together quite like curry and a beer. The ultimate comfort food and drink for many and when you add plates of spicy grilled meat to the table, few of us can resist. Being Indian I know what the food supposed to taste like. If you like Indian mixed grill food this definitely has to be one place which is a “must visit”. Ticks all the boxes in terms of freshness, cleanliness and quality. Its not to expensive either. Parking is available as is Sky TV to watch the sports this is the new mecca for Desi dining with fab meat grills and vegetarian options.

When I called to book the table I was asked if I wanted to be seated at a booth or a table, I chose a booth never been asked that from a venue before. I have to admit, food is plenty (grill choices), busy place, and food is served within 15mins from time of order (even at times that there is barely any free tables). We have been around in places and in all fairness we are very happy for the value for money to what the place is offering. The only downside, tables are sticky. Without a doubt among the top 5 choices of value for money.
