Fantastic pub with loads of great atmosphere..a great traditional pub which are becoming harder to find as time goes on..the Highbury is a pub that does its very best to please ...karaoke..live music..sport ..pool..dog friendly..and top notch grounds with outside TV for summer events..it truly is a magical pub..

Really nice quiet pub. Limited menu but food is nice and cooked perfectly. We were served by Anne who is a lovely friendly lady. Nice old traditional decor and very clean too. I'd not been down for about 8 years so was surprised the little horse had gone but the beer garden is really nicely done now. Gutted it's unavailable for my sisters funeral as it was her local and can be seen from her house.. Its also the last place we danced together in!! Definitely will be returning.. Thanks Anne for being very nice and attentive!!

Sadly, the pub wasn't busy on a Thursday lunchtime when we visited but the female bartender made us welcome. We had a burger (from a limited but popular menu) and a drink at a very reasonable price. The food (cooked by the bartender) was nicely cooked and tasted good.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient barmen, signage could be made clearer for returning to the bar to ensure social distancing. Managing people who disregard social distancing (by moving outside tables together for example) dealt with politely and assertively by staff members, increasing trust to go there again. Impressed with how pub is coping in currdnt restrictive circumstances. Lovely beer & great chips! Thanks.

I would love to thank all the staff for the excellent service during the 6 Nations Rugby. We came in for all the England matches. Our service was always greeted with a smile, and nothing was too much of a problem. During half time we were served a fantastic curry and beer was good. The drinks on tap are great, there's loads of room in the sun outside and the pub itself is clean. It's brilliant. And the staff are very friendly too.

Nice little local pub with a decent atmosphere and a range of customers. Went in to watch a big football game and easily found a table yet the place was fairly full. The staff did a small buffet during half time which was a nice touch.

Don't be put off by first impressions. The Highbury can sometimes look like a 'locals' pub but it's a lovely pub with friendly punters. Never had a bad experience there, good beer on offer and even free pool on a Monday. It's worth popping in on a few occasions to get a feel for the place, they also put on a good show with live bands playing.

This is a nice , relatiavely small local pub with friendly staff. I had a couple of pints of the Tribute Ale, which was well kept and tasted very nice and was enjoyable to drink..

Went to see the sha la Las this evening. First time at the Highbury lovely pub very surprised. Enjoyed the evening great band. Excellent DJ. Will definitely go again.

Nice old fashioned british boozer. Went in for some food and to watch football with low expectations and was pleasantly supprised, especially with the food at 2 meals for £10. Was decent and good service too , though a little slow but didnt bother me ..
