Love this place .. home cooked indian food over charcoal, the curries are basic but tasty and cooked by Uncle the same way as he cooks for his family upstairs , the food is very cheap compared to other desi pubs with a large mixed grill for £11 , nanns at £1.50 and curries below £7 , a pint is around £3 . 2 of u can eat and have a couple of drinks for under £30 , well worth a visit

The food is great! Got some meat, the portion was so generous that we couldn't finish and took the rest home. It was tasty even the next day. Interior and drink selection could be more exciting but overall I would definitely recommend the place.

Had cheeky gin and Slim tonic, and small grill. Sauces really nice, shish kebab is amazing, really tasty! Fresh nan. Food came quite quicky with some salad on side. Definitely will comeback again to try more dishes!

Food was really good got t £6.50p small mixed grill trust me feed 2 could not finish it was really tasty . The stella was £3.10 a pint southern comfert was ,,£3.30 a double and vodka / whiskey £3.00 a double staff friendly even let you take away any food you cannot finish

we went their on Sunday for the first time and found the decor and lay out very nice, we ordered a chicken madras, chicken curry, 2 nans plus a mixed grill starter which included tikka, sheehs kebab and chicken wings their was so much on the plate we asked for a doggie bag. plus we had 1 bottle of beer and a coke all in 20 pound very good value it was the best tikka i have tasted in a long time

My husband realy enjoyed his mixed grill. I had the keema curry with a plain naan and plain rice it was ok but I would normaly have a mild one and this was a medium Curry but still enjoy it.
