So as I was passing through Harborne to go home with my sister we got off and we thought we take a look in The Junction and see if by the off chance they do food there. Which they happen to do. As we weren't supper hungry we had two starters of the Crispy squid with a mango salsa, Korean style chicken and seafood linguine which we shared. Also we had the warm chocolate brownie with ice cream. 🥰 We were amazed how good the food was as we always go past but never been. They also do Sunday roast dinners which we want to try out as well. Thank you for the great food and service.

Lovely public house with a spacious interior. My seating area was a little too dark for me, but this wouldn't be the case with most seats in the building. The food was served incredibly quickly (2 courses served and eaten in roughly 40 minutes). The menu itself had many familiar dishes and a few nice spins on the pub classics (the katsu chicken burger was delightful) The hospitality was incredible here. The waitress serving us was very considerate especially. My mother had developed a blister on the way to the pub, and this waitress was kind enough to go find a plaster for her. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I'll be revisiting soon

A really great first Sunday lunch visit! Excellent standard of food, and value for money as well. The roasts were perfect; Definite recommendation here!

Went for a meal and drinks. Reservation on a Saturday would be advised was pretty busy without being crowded. Depending on your drink choice £25-30 for a round of 6. We had 3 courses which ranged from £20-30. Of the group all meals arrived quickly and more than met expectations. Might be a little expensive for "pub grub" but the quality and service made it feel like good value. Would go again.

Nice pub, good service, the slightly higher side of reasonable for drinks. Went on a Thursday evening and it was busy so don't assume you can get a seat at peak times. Doesn't have a car park so you need to find space on the road or a car park somewhere else

Nice pub, went there for a Sunday roast. Not bad, but would not call it fantastic. The yorkshire pudding was a bit overdone. None of us really ate it. Would not mind visiting again if just to try their roast pork, which was sold out by the time we went.

Proper Sunday roast dinner in a character pub. Great menu, something for everyone; roast chicken, pork belly, beef, nut roast for the vegetarian. Friendly, helpful staff. All in all an enjoyable experience.

A slightly odd place that's always busy. Neither just a Pub or a Club - for me the music is to loud and fast and the atmosphere is strangely vapid. Great selection of beers though an insistence to download an app to order which on every attempt at using the barcode scanner takes you to a completely unconnected website... Apparently it was developed primarily for Apple users.... So as an Android user perhaps I shouldn't be there?

Had a lovely first meal out since lockdown. Staff very good & felt safe. Excellent with allergies, having given prior warning they had marked the menu for me so I knew exactly what I could order. Will certainly go again.

This is a great venue on Harborne High St. Great traditional type bar/restaurant with ace staff. They have guest ales and a good range of wines and gins. The menu is much improved and the food is really good, my favourite is the steak burger. Relaxing atmosphere, dogs are welcome in the front part of the bar. Large open fireplace and smokers garden area. Well worth a visit.

We went to the Junction on friday evening and felt really safe and welcome, very reassuring and friendly despite the crazy times we are living in. Great social distancing set up and table service removed any hassle. The staff here are always so lovely and we have kept coming back because of this as well as the brilliant selection of beers which is always kept really well. We also love the Sunday lunch, we recommend the vegan roast dinner.

The food here is always good. There is something for any taste and the quality is excellent. This is a nice place for a family meal, classy and friendly. Had a meal for a friend's birthday. Our waitress was so lovely, friendly and helpful (and quite funny). Starters were amazing. Friend had the fish main and loved it. Mine was the veggie option of spiced tofu, which was 'okay' but I wouldn't have it again. There was an alternative veggie option though which I'd have in future. Great staff, nice food and good company = superb evening.

Very good beer selection for a booze lover like me. I can always find a cask or keg I've yet to try. Food from the open kitchen is of good quality. Only negative over our many visits is that we have had to ask for food items missing from our meals several times.

The junction is a beautiful bar as when you go inside it looks like your stepping back on time with dim lighting and lamps on every table making a ambience. It has all ages and cateres for all size groups with smaller cosy tables or big tables with big comfy chairs to match. Very nicely presented drinks and tasty too!

The Junction is a really good pub with lots of drinks to choose from, with a selection of ales, lagers, spirits and mixers. The atmosphere is good and the staff friendly and informative. I would say that it's on the pricey side, with a pint costing around £4.85. I would go again though as the vibe is good and it is generally a nice place to be for a drink or five!

Stopped off for a spot of lunch. Had the 3 for £10 deal from the bar snacks menu. Food is amazing. Thoroughly recommend the poutine, the goujons, and the camembert. Lovely feel to the place, service was extremely fast, and the staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Quality beers and good food. The beers change regularly and there's always a good selection available. The place is busy on weekends, but can be quite empty on weeknights. The long bar means you never have to wait long to be served even during busy times.

I've always enjoyed nights out in the junction. When it's quiet its a brilliant place to go and the food is good. It's just a bit too expensive for me to say that I love it, and when it gets too busy it can quickly become impossible to find a seat!

Went on a Harbourne pub crawl on a Monday night and this was our favourite place of the lot. Great beer selection (way better than The Plough), really friendly staff and a chilled out and cosy environment. The beer garden is super stylish too.

I really like the junction, it's a very relaxed way to start you evening out. Right in the middle of harbourne high street it's easy to get to and move on to other places around the city. There is a extensive drinks menu with some intresting specialities when it comes to the gin selection. Seating can get busy on a Friday and Saturday from 8pm ish but you generally always find one. There is a great beer garden with a unique outdoor seating around. The food is very good with a wide range of options for bit meat eaters and vegetarians. I would recommend the bar snacks they are amazing and great to share with friends while you have a drink. Parking is an issue but that's just harbourne,I would get an uber.
