p. b.No problem to try before I bought from the friendly young male bartender.
Only went in for one, bit had a Young's Bitter and a Ringwood Razorback.
Very relaxed atmosphere with music from the 60's playing.
Easy on the eye interior and exterior building. Give it a try.

D. C.Haven't been to the Crown since before lockdown 2019, went last night with a group of friends, and had a very nice meal (what I would call honest pub grub). I had the standard mixed grill, nice and hot, and plenty of it, followed by the chocolate orange sponge pudding with ice cream, washed down with a nice cold pint of thatchers(other brands are available). Lovely waitress, couldn't do enough for us, enjoyed it so match, we will be returning on the 12th of May.Big👍👍👍 from all in our party.
J. P.Lovely vibe. Very friendly. Good service. Not rushed at all. Good menu choice. The manager John is nice. It is our local so we feel very lucky. More likely to eat here than just drink at the bar. Food never disappoints.
L. E.Great pub - good value food and drink and friendly staff. The only reason is doesn't receive the fifth star is it could do with a better outside space out the back, where maybe some kid's equipment could go as it's certainly family friendly with a goods kid's menu. Had a meal with friends there last Saturday and we all enjoyed our food and the staff were attentive. Great work on welcoming people back to pubs, post-pandemic team. We'll be back.

A. W. I. a.We found this little gem 💎 a few years ago and can honestly say it Is a wonderful place to go for food for a drink and to relax. Amazing staff and a fantastic landlord John.
In the nice weather it is really nice to sit outside because of the very large garden and even in the rain as it has a large canopy with seating. It's a really nice family pub and very friendly atmosphere. Always feels relaxed. Looking forward to going back soon.

S. J.Birthday lunch for 5 people. We all enjoyed our food. Waiter was very friendly. Bar staff friendly too. Lovely atmosphere. Even a lovely beer garden with plenty of tables outside! Will definitely be back. Hidden Jem in the side roads in Northbourne.
