C. T.A nice bar to come a drink and relax. Good choice cocktail and spirits available. Prices are reasonable but of course depends what you drink. Service was good and friendly staff made the end of evening nice and the view was great too. Sunsets are great too!
S. S.Recommend heading up to the level 8 restaurant/bar for the views on the outside terrace. The elevator is within Hilton and there is no pressure to purchase a drink if not desired, though worth sipping on one whilst enjoying the views.
J. G.Nice bar with views over Bournemouth. Good selection of cocktails but not so good if you want a selection of wine or beer. This could have been a great place for drinks and conversation but, like a lot of places, the music was far too loud. The resident DJ had selected some good tunes but the mixing was non-existent and in some cases he'd clearly lined it up in advance as it happened when he wasnt even there! Finally the toilets were in a terrible state by 10pm and only got worse as the night went on.

We went the other night with some friends when I went to order our drinks, service was really fast and when I askeed for one of the drinks to contain no alcohol the barman didn't even think about he instantly started mixing it up which was great and thank you. Will definitely visit again when down in Bournemouth.

J. W.Looking at this bar and advertising in the internet I was expecting something extra. Smart casual was the rule, but when I looked around, they are not looking at the rules. Windmill was dirty and I had to wait really long for my drinks. Waiter who came with drinks to us was not professional. If you would like to have a service and menu adequate to prices, you need to go somewhere else.
