Pleasant warm welcome. Toilets clean. Good menu with local ingredients (where possible). Quality good. Views wonderful. Prices reasonable (felt prawn cocktail wasn't good value, but everything else fine). One real ale available at time of our visit (Reverend James). This was our first visit for many years (simply forgot about the place), looking forward to a future visit.

Nice pub with Amazing scenery!, a relatively good selection of beers, cider etc. Found it very busy on this particular sunday though( its another foody pub!), and couldnt get to the bar for another pint! so be warned.

This was my second visit in the last few weeks. The first was on a Saturday night and the place was busy. I had a mixed grill and it was cooked to perfection. The second visit was after a funeral on Tuesday lunch time and I had the lasagna with garlic bread. Really tasty and well cooked. We will definitely be going back!!

Food was lovely although chips appeared to be reheated. Dessert was yummy but portions small for the price and spray cream used not fresh. However, would go there again as it was friendly had a nice atmosphere and amazing views and a character pub.

We stayed at the holiday cottages just over the road and ate here three times during the week. It's a lovely pub with fantastic views. Good food and good value portions. We preferred the pub part to the conservatory for a better atmosphere. Only scored 4 rather than 5 as they seemed a bit understaffed when busy. Otherwise top notch.

Beautiful traditional independent pub set overlooking the valley. Recently renovated with a new modern conservatory which absorbs the fantastic countryside. High standard food and excellent service. A gem!!

Came here for a Sunday roast. Though it was a cheap meal we were quite disappointed with the quality of the food - the beef was very dry and quite tough. The veg was passable. I think there are better Sunday lunches to be had out there. Very nice view outside though and the staff were very nice too. I think we'll pay more for better quality elsewhere in future though.

Family of 15 visited in the evening for a birthday meal. Starters quite basic but still tasty. Mains good sized portions. Quite expensive but worth the price for an enjoyable meal. Dessert home made and everyone loved them. Meals all come out at the same time which was brilliant and everyone's cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend and return.

This was my 3rd visit to eat here. Each time he meals have been excellent. Tonight we had mixed grill. The steak was delicious, all the food was lovely and cooked to perfection. Huge portions. The onion rings are a must. The view makes the whole experience lovely.

Very muted atmosphere in a once vibrant pub. Sure Covid 19 restrictions play a part, but this venue has slipped from it's heyday quite some way before the pandemic. Car park inadequate... not enough space even with 60% seating capacity inside wiped out due to social distancing. Fine for a general get together. But there are far better places to hold a celebration

Lovely location and gorgeous food. This is a cosy looking pub with clean toilets and friendly helpful staff. Theres a large patio at the front with beautiful views of the mountains. I had the lamb Sunday lunch and hot chocolate fudge cake with cream for dessert, both were cooked perfect. Would recommend anytime.

Amazing views, refreshingly calming. Excellent service. But cheddar cheese atop a lasagne! Ghastly. It solidifies into s solid mass and ruins the dish. Bechamel sauce please. Similarly serve French bread with it not garlic bread which seriously masks the taste of the dish.

I returned to this charming eatery to find it under new ownership. What a delight. The instant my Wife and I walked into the bar cum restaurant we were greated by a pleasant young man who paid compliment to my dress. Never a bad thing, and a great start to what was to be a thoroughly great evening. The staff were prompt, efficient and extremely polite and made light work of taking my order which was delivered to the letter. The food was of the highest order, well presented, piping hot and plentiful. The wait of just over twenty minutes from the order taken was well worth it that's for certain. The dessert menu, although slightly limited was nevertheless sufficient to tempt me into a mixture of ice-creams dressed with some rather fanciful and indulgent treats. Because of my suspicions with regards to some of the less favourable reviews on this place which simply did not fit my own experiences I took some time to not only examine the cleanliness, but also ask other patrons who were, to use their own words, 'not computer savvy, and unlikely to know how to leave a review,' what their opinion on the food was. The reply was a resounding endorsement of both the food and staff. The toilet facilities were condemned by one 'critic.' I question the motive here because I've known this place for decades and it is as clean now as it was when I first frequented. This leads me to believe that the negative and false comment was contrived out of spite. Google, you really should allow the owners to remove this falsity. In summary the Llangeinor Arms is definitely a place to confidently go to if you want good food, good atmosphere and good service. There is ample parking and also thought given to disabled patronage. The fact it now has a new owner who appears more than eager to take on board comments from customers means this place is sure to thrive for many years to come, and for one will get my custom for as many years as it has done in the past. A well deserved five stars from myself, my Wife and the thirty or so other patrons who were as happy as I was. I would stress that the Llangeinor Arms is under new ownership and therefore negative posts older than two or three months should be ignored as defunct. I wish the new owners and staff good luck in their future endeavours and will support them as a customer accordingly.
