Reviews of Pheasant
S. W.I booked for 6 plus are for a pram. It was a great table with plenty of room for us. There were a few things that weren't available to eat due to supply issues but we all had our choice available. Food was lovely and they were really good with my 2 year old granddaughter. Will definitely go back again.
A. H.Had Sunday lunch here for the first time since they released their new menu. Cannot fault the roast dinner. Opted for the mixed roast (beef and pork). Plenty of both meats , the maple roasted carrots and parsnips was so tasty . Braised red cabbage was an added bonus. Couldn't fault a single thing and great service to go with it. Went with a party of 8 , full stomachs and empty plates all around. Would definitely recommend
a. w.Well done all the staff, we called into the Pheasant on the off chance of something to eat after the prestigious restaurant we booked cancelled as we were on route. Although the pub seemed busy and we were quite late we were welcomed in seated and the drinks and food were soon delivered by a very attentive staff, the food was delicious, well cooked and of good proportion the atmosphere warm and friendly would certainly visit again.

A. J.First time eating at the Pheasant. Sunday lunch was lush, good value and good portion. Had the brisket and it was falling apart. Pudding was delicious too.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff, prompt service even with a steady flow of customers arriving. Sat outside for coffee, very spacious and dog friendly too, staff even brought out a bowl of water for my daughter's woofit. Fab, thanx guys and will be visiting again soon. 👍🏼

Great music and atmosphere with helpful staff
Only downside was that the burgers for the festival were £9!!!! Tasty but quite small and not worth the cost at all.
