Love this place! Great staff, good location in Brighton. So cosy with the fairy lights inside and the outdoor heaters outside! Great bands play too! Brilliant night. Loved the raspberry ripple cocktail so much I had 3! 🤭

Quirky little pub in the main part of town and located by the stairs leading to Churchill Square. Relaxed and cosy atmosphere. I got ID'd here which is absolutely fine - they are just doing their job. However, the barman spent forever rubbing my card with his fingers and clearly thought it was fake as then had to pass it to his manager to check. who only needed a brief to check to see it was perfectly acceptable. Completely unnecessary and embarrassing. For this reason, will not be returning. Never had an issue like this elsewhere.

Where to start? the food, the drinks and the service were spectacular. even in the burning heat, the waiters and waitresses where so friendly and happy to cater to everyone. Dog friendly in the outside seating. I would 100% go back

Great venue with good prices. Staff are friendly and approachable, and always make you feel welcome. During the day this is a lovely family venue in a convenient location. After 20.00 the place becomes a lively bar and a great place to meet before heading into town. The live acts are always good too which is nice.

I popped into this pub with my husband for a drink last night, and ended up staying longer than intended because the female singer they had in Misha was absolutely brilliant. Staff were friendly only criticism is one ladies toilet isn't enough and to get to it you had to walk right in front of the singer which must be distracting.

Great venue with live music indoor seating limited but plenty of outdoor seating with gas heaters. Live music every weekends. (Ladies) Clean and modern bathroom. 3 4 2 on drinks after 9pm. Always a good atmosphere What more could you want ?

Lacking in atmosphere and character. I believe it gets very busy so it's minimalistic to make space for all the customers. Good amount of outdoor seating, with heaters. In a prime location for all the bus stops at Churchill square. Toilets and other areas clean and tidy.

Myself & 5 friends spent a very enjoyable Sunday evening (23/07/17) listening to 3 (a 4th arrived later) young lads with guitars, a singer (& drum/beatbox) they were fantastic, would luv to know their name!!! The atmosphere was buzzing, entertaining customers, and with average bar prices made for a fab night!! Ty

Been a regular at Crowns for about a year. No complaints, good price especially on Fridays and Saturdays (when I primarily go). Sometimes the music can be a bit much but a great place to start a night nonetheless. Good location.

My favourite pub in Brighton friendly conscientious staff outside seating with heaters for smokers 10/10 and I love going there because I can have a double Jack Daniel's woth a splash for£5 sit outside and listen to music on my phone without being hassled

The place is due to its location also relatively sheltered. All in all, a pleasant restaurant in which I like to come back. (Original) Ein gemütliches Pub für alle die einfach nur etwas trinken wollen. Es gibt auch ein paar einfache Gerichte falls man hungrig ist. Die Aussensitzplätze verfügen über Gasbrenner uns erlauben auch bei kühlen Wetter draussen zu sitzen. Der Ort ist aufgrund seiner Lage auch relativ windgeschützt. Alles in allem eine angenehmes Lokal in das ich gerne wieder zurück komme.
